Here are my NPCs and roleplay log (I may not keep this up to date perfectly - I'm a bit lazy).

PC:
Storm Scout
Basics: Pegasus stallion (age in human terms ≈19)
Appearance: Pale yellow coat, chestnut brown mane/tail colour, blue eyes
Cutie mark: A downward-pointing sword surrounded by blue electric sparkles.
Occupation: Assistant to 'Bell, Book and Candle' shop-owner, Esmeralda.
Likes: Adventure, swords, sport, music... books... and stuff...
Persona:

• Brave, reckless, adventurous, stubborn, strong.
• Aspiring adventurer.
• Generally confident, clear exception being in certain social situations.
• Sometimes outspoken, sometimes socially awkward.
• Proficient swordspony. Regularly sparred back in Cloudsdale.
• A very loyal friend. Always willing to help out those close to him.
• Knows a little bit about commercial management, and the retail industry.

Cyclone Guard
Basics: Pegasus mare (age ≈48). Storm's mother.
Appearance: Gold-coloured coat, brown mane/tail colour, teal eyes. (Sometimes armoured.)
Cutie mark: A grey shield surrounded by blue electric sparkles.
Occupation: A royal guard. (Not sure if it's allowed, but it'd be cool if she could have an authoritative rank.)
Likes: Apple cider, sparring, justice, painting, helping to keep Equestria safe.
Persona:

Tempest Fletch
Basics: Pegasus stallion (age ≈47). Storm's father.
Appearance: Grey coat, navy blue mane/tail colour, darker green eyes.
Cutie mark: An arrow surrounded by blue electric sparkles. (Often obscured.)
Occupation: Unknown! Supposedly a part-time "merchant".
Likes: Tests of wit, mysteries, shiny things, wife's reaction to sarcasm.
Persona:

• Quiet, sneaky, cunning, snarky at times.
• Has a habit of seemingly coming out of nowhere (e.g. dropping from the ceiling).
• Is a decent judge of the value of an item. Especially shiny things.
• Can be quite persuasive when he wants; can depend of the persuasion-target, of course.
• A strong flyer, quite acrobatic, and has some skill in non-unicorn archery.
• A fan of contraptions and tools, be they simple or convuluted.
• Nopony seems to know much about him, except for Cyclone Guard...

Spark Spinner
Basics: Pegasus mare (age ≈26). Storm's sister.
Appearance: Darker yellow coat, navy-blue + black streaks in mane/tail colour, lighter green eyes.
Cutie mark: A dark storm cloud in a glass orb.
Occupation: Works as a weatherpony, mainly on coordination.
Likes: Science, meteorology, art, cooking, waffles, cooking waffles.
Persona:

• An intellectual, wise, source of much advice to Storm.
• Outgoing, helpful, a kind friend.
• Shares her brother's confidence, but is more prudent.
• Is perhaps a teensy bit insane. Quite eccentric.
• May have trouble navigating interaction with stallions.
• Not very athletic. Not a bad flyer, but she studies more than she exercises.
• A decent chef. Especially waffles.
