The first line is in Arabic (Dialectal it seems me), the second in Deehai and the last in... well, I am sure you can figure it out XD.
ʿynin-ak bákāw, galb-ak ḥanin, mā l-ak ḥazin ?
(tum-e netr ronâja, tum-e qalb hast hassas, hast tu ranjse ?)
-Your eyes have cried, your heart is sensitive, are you mourning?
Mā jā-k'sh an-num, mā l-ak al-yum ? Wulit maghrūm.
(Tum sakna mish raketin, kya var tu âjkadin? Tum girna'aşikh-ja)
-You can't sleep, what do you have today? You fell in love
Rā-k bi n-nās, tamshī fī shara'a, ḥawis.
(tum ar mabain al-firqa, tum chilna ind al-gali, aramak)
-you are among the folks, you walk in the street, seeking.
U kul lîla, gudim bab-ha tastana-ha
(Aur her'ajśaam, pêshay huw-e kapi tum Intaʐar hu)
-And each night, behind his door you wait for him.
Ḥabit twazwaz yā il-bulbul
(tum cahna civilt mithl al-andaleeb. Bhanbinŏ)
-You want to chirp like the nightingale (Bambino bambino)
U fī bāl-ī rā-k tnum
(aur ind ana-e feham tum khabse)
-And In my opinion you're dreaming (Bambino bambino)
Gālu l-ī wulīt maḥbūl
(Koi lines-ja ni ana ar mabûlh)
-They told me you are crazy (Bambino bambino)
Mā zāl tabaz yā baḥlul
(tum var henüz gelişmish, pa'agal ya)
-You didn't grow up yet, you fool (Bambino Bambino)
(repeat)
Tal'ab maziane bî la mandolin. Yâ wald-î Bambino
(tum khelna al-mandholyn. Ana-e ibn ya, Bhanbinŏ )
-You play the mandolin well. Oh my son, Bambino
Musiqa šḥal nabḡî-ha U hluwa kimâ raḥat al-lîl
(kitnahei ana pyar al-saṅgīt, aur hast sheeren esi ğider al-ajśaam)
-How much I love music, it's sweet enough to dispel the night
Ḡhâ-ni ḡhâ-ni, bi ṣ-ṣût ḥanin. Ya wald-î Bambino
(ġánā; ġánā sath tum-e avaz muhafiz. Ana-e ibn ya, Bhanbinŏ)
-Sing; sing with your tender voice. Oh my son, Bambino.
Fahham-ni waš râ-k tatma'na. Lazim khu-ya l-yum tansa-ha
(tashreeh ni tum-e rághbak. Berâr, tum zarurat de farâmuš hiya)
-Explain me about your wish. brother, you need to forget her now
Ḥabit twazwaz yā il-bulbul
(tum cahna civilt mithl al-andaleeb. Bhanbinŏ)
-You want to chirp like the nightingale (Bambino bambino)
U fī bāl-ī rā-k tnum
(aur ind ana-e feham tum khabse)
