Bridegne, also known as Brittaneigh, in Equestrian. Since the first settlement of foreign druids and mystics, this region quickly became the administrative centre of Prance’s magic. With its local capital Reinnes/Rênes, where schools and institutes of magic arts and studies are localised. For centuries Bridegne was the independent chiefdom of a hermetic community, scholars, who tried to maintain a druidic tradition until that they decided to join the Prance Kingdom after a treaty that keep them semi-independent but can profit of French system and assets.
Since then, some scientific institutions and more traditional magic academy opened here, making some advancement in magic studies and science. Still a traditional town, Reinnes still organize meetings among local and neighbour scholars, scientists and mages as well as mystical and folkloric events and celebration from the time of the first settler.
It was during one of them that Ashti Sandburst, ambassador of Deerham, as well as a Deerean scholar called “ilmiathiyaldin-e Korelişi” (Erudition of the Day’s Preserve-work/Safeguard) Oryx professor at the Deerean national academy of sciences, were invited. Well, Ilmiatel’din at least. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of this Event, people of sciences and magic from the entire world were invited. And Deerham as well.
Ashti was mostly tasked by his king to be a follower and guide to Ilmiathiyal’din, even if it was the first time the Unicorn came in this place and such event, Ashti was still a Prench speaker, and having family around. Also it’s not like he wasn’t relevant with the topic, he did know Deerean magic. Even if he can’t reveal how it works, he can still do a little show and chat a bit.
But despite this duty, the Ambassador had agenda of his own here. Other duties to attempt: Artifact-hunt. His Guild of artifact tracker profited that he was on place to mission him some research for the Prench government, with who Ashti already worked in the past. Fortunately, this place was suitable for some extra intel.
Entering the building, a large and nicely worked stone hall with fine glass-work and tapestry, Ashti took one of the snack served to them while looking around. First thing he spotted was a counter with several items on it. Ancient items, and probably valuable ones… Ilmiathiyal’din immediately felt the magic energy oozing from them and so the Ambassador did : they were artifacts, borrowed from every corners of Prance for this exceptional event.
Must say, it didn’t really surprised Ashti. After-all it was précised in the planning that they will do some experiences with artefact and alchemy, to combine them. In a way he was regretful his Oath Brother wasn’t here, he may have appreciated this place.

She said with a smile while looking at a couple of stallions who she recognized the ethnic : a Kurdriftstani one, and one from Khasaddlestan (Kazakhstan) , there were also a Saddle-Arabian mare chatting with a griffon and a goat. Bowing her head politely to the Unicorn, the Oryx joined the stallions and greeted them while Ashti nodded and moved himself to a table that offered some tea. Without waiting he started to serve himself.
As a formal event, Ashti was wearing a a white cream with golden trims and sandlandic pattern Jaipuri Sherwani, and adorning a kind of silk scarf in the waistline. A traditional jacket from his homeland. It was an outfits he started to wear more often in formal event, and even at his embassy. Switching being it and the night-blue blazer he generally wear.
He was also wearing a saddlebag as well as his turban hiding his unicorn horn and his eyepatch.
