So, I finally wised up and used Pony Creator on Deviant Art.

Pelt Color:My pelt is a bright white.
Mane/Tail Color and Style:My mane and tail are naturally blue, but I recently put black streaks in them. I try to keep them both straight, but they are naturally curly.
Eye Color:My eyes are a pale gold.
Cutie Mark:Its a rainbow coming out from behind a storm cloud, representing my love of making rainbows.
Other Scars/Markings:Nothing physical...
Physique:I'm rather average.

Current Residence:I live in Cloudsdale, but used to visit Ponyville often.
Job:I work in the cloud factory making rainbows.

-Personality Stuff-
Likes:I like being with ponies, colors, making ponies happy, working, and creating most anything. I'm best at creating rainbows, but I can draw pretty well too. I love working and being active, though I could never be a race pony. I enjoyed falling in love, but that was in the past.
Dislikes:I don't like being alone, but I can't be around other ponies yet, or I start crying, and I don't like being sad or crying. I don't like creating something ugly, or under par. I hate failure, and I hate laziness or slacking.
Motivation:I'm motivated by my work, though that has barely been enough lately.
Strengths:I am creative and active, I enjoy my work and put as much effort into it as I can. I am a wonderful friend, and normally make friends easy. I can cope with a lot of stress and just put it into creating. I can also become very attached to ponies, and see what is wrong with them.
Weaknesses/Flaws:While becoming attached to ponies is a strength, it is also a weakness, as I am very affected by them leaving. I put so much effort into work and others that I can sometimes forget about myself. I can focus too much on something small and forget about the big picture.
Fears:I fear being alone, though that's already happened. I fear failing, and fear losing what I have.
Personality:And now we move out of character. Bright is normally very talkative and very social. She has a very bright and happy spirit and likes to make ponies happy. She will always care for a pony in need, and pick up that pony on the side of the road. She will focus on her work as much as possible, and yet will always help another pony with their work. When she starts feeling sad, she'll pour all her energy into creating things, whether they be rainbows or paintings. She spent 5 years of her life searching for that very special somepony, and found him in Dark Wind. I will go more into what happened in the Overall. But 3 years previous, stuff happened and she became a crying wreak. She became sad and unable to put her energy into anything. For a year she just sat in her house and cried, only going out for groceries, and usually started crying somewhere in the store. After a year, she started being able to work and create again. However she still can't interact with many ponies without starting to feel sad. She doesn't cry from contact with others anymore, though she did during the second year. Now she is coming out of her depression and wants to make some new friends.
Overall:At age 15 BrightWing started hunting for that very special somepony. It took 5 years, but she finally found a handsome black pegasus named Dark Wind. He was a bit taller than average, and a bit heavier. He had a short dark blue mane and tail, and was a local lawpony. They became quick friends, and after 3 years he asked her to be his very special somepony. Bright agreed, and they courted for another 3 years before he proposed. It took a year to plan the wedding, and they had a wonderful wedding, and everything was swell. However Bright woke up the next day and Dark Wind had died. This left her as an emotional wreck, and she thought it was somehow her fault. She had her mane died with streaks of black so she would never forget him. It's still bugging her 3 years later, and for some reason I really like the number 3 with this character.
