Mane/Tail Color and Style: his mane is wind struck and looks like the Wonderbolts'. It is black with with white in the center. His tail is short and is black and white striped.

Cutie Mark: a white cloud with a black and white lightning bolt shooting out of it.
Other Scars/Markings: He has a black diamond on his forehead, dark freckles under each eye, and black hooves.

Likes: Neon Strike loves to fly, fly, and fly! He enjoys playing his sister's video games when she doesn't know about it, and has fun annoying her, but still loves her. He often spends time with his marefriend, Stardancer, and she enjoys most of the things he does. He loves to be outside in the fresh air, and listen to music. He enjoys gliding around the sky and taking in his surroundings.
Dislikes: Neon Strike HATES the dark. He isn't afraid of it, he just despises the fact he can't see anything. He also dislikes carrots, tomatoes, and asparagus, for they make him feel sick. He doesn't enjoy much modern pop music because it isn't really music anymore.
Motivation: Neon Strike's motivation everyday is to have a good day and live life, because after all, you only live once!
Strengths: Neon Strike is very intelligent, but doesn't usually show it, for the sake of other ponies thinking he isn't "cool". He is very skilled when it comes to logic too. He is amazing at clearing the sky, for that is how he earned his cutie mark. He can fly for long amounts of time, even though he may not be the strongest pony.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Neon Strike usually pushes himself too far, whatever the situation being. He can sometimes be a little stubborn, and when he is tired, he is a beast. He sometimes tries to hard to impress his Stardancer, weather it be what he gets for her on Hearts and Hooves Day, or if he is showing her a new skill. He can sometimes have a bad attitude when talking to his parents.
Fears: Neon Strike is scared to death of roller coasters, and no matter what, nopony can get him on one. He is also afraid Stardancer wont like him anymore if he makes a small mistake.
Personality and Overall: Overall, Neon Strike is a kind, lovable pony, even if he can get a little cocky sometimes. He loves to help other ponies in need, and that always makes him feel better. At first, he can be a little intimidating to younger ponies due to his height, but once you get to know him he's a charm, even if he can be a little grumpy sometimes. Ponies usually like to hangout with him because they think he is a cool pony, even if he denies that sometimes. His sister loves him, and he loves his sister, and almost no pony can break their bond, even if they get into fights and arguments a lot.
History: When Neon Strike was born, his parents named him after his neon green pelt. His dad, Lightning Flash, thought that one day, he would be a great flyer, so that is where the strike part came from. Neon Strike was taught how to fly by his father, and picked it up pretty quick. While he was about as old as the CMC's (estimated age range) he was flying around Ponyville. A dangerous storm cloud that was shooting lightning was hovering dangerously close to the top of his apartment, so using all the strength in his wings, he was able to fly up onto the roof. He then raced up at the cloud and began to kick it until it went away. He did bruise himself a bit, bu managed to make the cloud go away. Then he earned his lightning cutie mark for the way he striked at the lightning cloud and caused it to vanish. About 5 or so years later, his sister was born, and they developed a very close bond. Once he got her wings, he taught her how to fly, and she began to become better, and better, until she was even better than him, but he didn't mind that much. He just wanted his sister to be happy.
