Personality:
Neon is nice, kind, and creative. She loves to paint, and make pretty colors for her dye. She makes her hair dye completely by her self, not buying anything to make them. She doesnt tell other ponies how to make her dye, for she likes keeping secrets. She loves animals, and anything fun. She almost always has time for friends, and is never late. She hates it when she cant make it to a party/picnic/etc. She'll do anypony's hair, and at a low price. Sometimes she throws in a free haircut/style if shes in a really good mood.
Overall:
Neon Dye was named by her mother after she was born, when she used her magic to make a blanket pretty neon colors. She has messy brown hair, which she dies different colors all the time. She loves working in her hair salon, which she built herself. Her business is new in town, but she is well known with her hair dying abilities. She is never late for an appointment, because when she has an appointment, her horn glows on its own accord. She doesnt know how it works, but it helps her. She can use basic spells like levitation, but cant use more advanced spells like teleportation, but she doesnt mind. She doesnt use her magic often, but only when she really needs to. She sometimes performs spells she didnt know she could do when shes panicked. She gets spooked easily, and when she is spooked, she stays spooked for a while. Her father left her mother when he figured out she was pregnant, so Neon has no idea who he is. Her mother wont tell her, and she is far from her mother now. Her mother lives in a small town somewhere far away, which Neon doesnt know the name of. She moved to Canterlot, expecting ponies to want their mane styled frequently. Thats about it.
