(I'm sorry for posting two OCs so close to each other, but this idea was just fresh in my mind. So for any mods that this tires, I am truly sorry, now on to the pony.)
Edit: I've changed a few things around, and would like this app to get a looked at again, though if not, that's fine too...
-General Stuff-
Name: Sup, I'm SwiftShade
Nickname/Alias(es): You can call me Swift, Shade, or the Shadow Thief.
Race: Can't you tell, I'm a Unicorn
Gender: I'm a Mare, though you may not realize it.
Age: What's it to you? All you need to know is that I'm old enough to be caring for myself.
Additional Status: Well, I've got a cat named Bast, and he's the only friend I have.
-Physical Stuff-
Pelt Color: My pelt is a solid streak of black.
Mane/Tail Color and Style: I like to keep my dark grey mane and tail cut short, keeps it out of the way while i work my magic, no pun intended.
Eye Color: My eyes are a unique red.
Cutie Mark: The cat's paw represents my love of stealth and agility.
Other Scars/Markings: Well, i did get in a scuffle a while back, and i still have a scar across my right eye. (she's facing left in the picture, so you can't see it.)
Physique: I'm slender and small, just the way i like it.
-Social Stuff-
Current Residence: I live somewhere in Canterlot, just a place to hole up while I make my mark.
Job: Well, I pick a few things up here and there, sell 'em to a trusted friend, you know how this works. (She's a thief)
Mother: I really don't know who my parents are... as far back as i can remember, I've been on my own.
Father: As i just said.
Sibling(s): Don't know my family.
Closest Friends: He, my line of work doesn't allow for close friends.
Courting/Courted By: Well, not actively. It's a great way to get into a house though. Gotten a pretty penny that way.
Mate: Bwaha! A mate? In my line of work? There's no way I'll settle down with somepony.
Foal(s): Again, not settling down.
-Personality Stuff-
Likes: Well, I love my work, Gems, trinkets, baubles, money, stealth, grace, agility, and cats, oh i do love cats.
Dislikes: Well, i dislike stuck up rich ponies, dogs, bullies, people who flaunt strength, and those who abuse ponies who aren't as strong as them.
Motivation: I'm motivated by the need to survive. Also, by knowing that what i do knocks those spoiled rich ponies down a notch.
Strengths: Well, I'm very agile, and i can use my magic to teleport short distances, but only once or twice a heist, I mean, job, and to blend into the shadows. I also think i'm quit hardy, and rather in shape.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Well, I'm not the strongest pony, and all of my magic is quite exerting. I also trust no pony. I use ponies and manipulate them, making it hard for me to make friends or settle down. I'm also a quite sensitive pony, and i don't like to see people get hurt, which can get in the way with my job. (this may be a strength, but Swift views it as a flaw.) I also might be a little cocky.
Fears: I'm scared that I'll get caught, or that I'll fail. I'm scared that I'll meet my parents, and they won't approve of the job I've taken. I'm scared of a lot, but I have to push through.
Personality: Well, I appear gruff to most at first, because I hold people at hooves length, not trusting anyone. No pony's ever gotten past that. Whenever i go to a cafe, people leave me alone. But if any pony did get past my gruff exterior, they would find a shy pony, one afraid to get hurt, and one that will care for her friends until the day they can no longer be considered friends. I care for my work, but more because it hurts the rich, then makes me money, though that is a nice bonus. My life has made it so i can socialize, but only for a job, anything else and I'm way out of my element. Some ponies may see me as quite mean, though truthfully it's just so nopony will try to get close to me. I don't want a friend, and don't think I'll ever get or need one. I can make my personality be whatever fits the situation, so as to complete a few jobs. So all in all, I'm whatever I need to be, and it's been that way so long, not even I know the real me...
Overall: Well, I'm just a thief, i mean, common citizen, trying to get by. I never new my parents, i just remember waking up in an alley, and learning to fend for myself. I will always fight for the people to weak to fight for themselves, and make a nice bit of cash on the way. I believe the world is filled with a bunch of selfish ponies who only want money and power for themselves, and would never give money to a pony who needs it more. I plan to teach them that they can't just make their problems go away with money, to teach them that there is somepony who is willing to fight them. I want the name Shadow Thief to be a phrase that incites paranoia in the rich, and hope in the poor and oppressed. Anyway, if we're done, could you go. I need to head home.
