Nickname/Alias(es): Lori, Lora
Race: Unicorn.
Gender: Female.
Age: Teenager.
Additional Status: Loralinda is a researcher and constantly wears her reading glasses around even though she can see perfectly fine without them. She also wears a small light purple pendent around her neck, it has not significant value but she wont go anywhere without it.
Pelt Color: Main coat is a dark purple. (find what it looks like at the picture below)
Mane/Tail Color and Style: Her hair mainly consists of a lighter purple with small darker stripes.
Eye Color: Magenta.
Cutie Mark: (wish i had a drawing of it -.-) Loralinda's Cutie Mark is a small circle surrounded by four triangles, between the triangles are small horizontal lines.
Other Scars/Markings: None as of now.
Physique: Extremely Slender and abnormally tall for her age.
Current Residence: (Cant seem to find the thread where it states places to live so I'm just going to wing it, sorry; I'll change it later if you'd like me to) A small cottage just a few miles away from the Pony School on the outskirts of town.
Job: No real job as of yet, shes still in her study days; however she is looking to be hired.
Mother: Mother is a gray coated unicorn with a light purple mane, her name is Heart Blaze.
Father: Father is was reported missing a few weeks after her birth, Loralinda never knew him.
Loralinda left her mother at an early age to enroll herself deeper in her studies.
Sibling(s): No parents, no siblings.
Closest Friends: New to the area, so no friends as of yet.
Courting/Courted By: Haven't met anypony of real love interest yet
Mate: Not settled yet.

Likes: Reading, Researching, Challenges, Writing, Relaxation, Classical Music, Autumn, Drawing, Hard Work, Being Alive. (sorry if i do sound like a Twilight copy, its just what I'm like in real life so it made scene to make my OC like myself as well.)
Dislikes: Winter, Loud Music, Bugs, Damp Clothing, Glitter, Neon, Sand, Odd Text Fonts.

Motivation: New discoveries, Lorilinda has kept within her study in the hope of discovering new ideas, contraptions, spells and anything nopony knew before!
Strengths: Loralinda is extremely strong willed and diligent, she will never leave a task unfinished.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Her strength is also a weakness, Loralinda is normally so wrapped in up in the task at hoof that she easily forgets to get anything else done. Loralinda also has a habit of never cleaning up after herself, and her house is always a giant mess. (not sure if these are considered real flaws, but i guess they are flawed in someway?)
Fears: Loralinda has a gigantic fear of needles, she managed to escape all her flu shots. (if ponies need them?)
Overall Persona:
As a young filly, Loralinda never liked the other foals. It wasn't that she had other things better to do, she was just too shy to ever talk. As she grew up books became much more interesting then her deprived social life and soon she found herself buried deep into a new book each weak. The bigger the pile of finished books grew so did her distance with the world.
It was around her middle school years that Loralinda found her passion for creation and got her odd little cutie mark (described above) She went through all of elementary school without her cutie mark and was constantly teased about it, because of this she never dared showing her face outside..well not that it matters anyway, she never went outside.
After her new found hobby, Loralinda got excepted into an elite magic school and graduated a few years later with flying colors. This school helped her talent thrive and flourish to new levels, Loralinda was now had a marvelous IQ and was considered a genius.
To this day she still keeps up with her studies and never lets her dream of becoming a famous unicorn down. She still spends most of her time inside fine picking through other ponies work and theory's trying to find a loophole and adding her own tidbits of findings.
