Aurora Feather smiled to herself as she swung open the windows to the small room in her home that held the medicinal herbs she carried to sell. The scent of Ponyville hit her immediately; the flowers grown around the town, the smell of perfumes, the chill on the breeze sending exotic aromas her way. She loved it here, much more than she enjoyed Fillidelphia. Aurora sighed happily before looking behind her to see the pure white fox she had raised since a kit looking up at her. The fox wagged it's fluffy tail as she walked to it and patted it's head gently before grabbing some food for it and pouring it carefully into the bowl. The fox looked at her and trotted happily over to the bowl, reminding her of the breezie she named the fox after - Fae.
Aurora sat at the table once she had finished her own breakfast and looked outside at the bright turquoise house she owned, staring at the one wall she could see that had ivy climbing up the side. Her head turned quickly to the small type writer she kept by the window and began typing.
"Dawn Star looked at the obstacle in front of her, unable to think of how she would get over the mountainous creature that blocked her from the one thing she was after - the Crimson Ewer. The ewer was the only thing able to help her ailing love and without it, she wouldn't have the chance to tell the stallion how she felt towards him," she read aloud as she typed. Fae glanced at her and tilted her pure white head just as Aurora looked at the fox. The mare sighed and put her head on her desk "I know, I know. I've done this one before. Different ponies, different items. I don't know what else to write about, Fae. I haven't felt the rush of adventure lately," she said with a sigh, hoping something worth writing would happen.
