Bearing the crystal, Arabesque listened to the inventor, surprised: he didn't know how his invention works? It was odd and a bit difficult for the mare to understand it.
Deerham was not really an inventor's nation, and they didn't developed any modern technology and maybe it was why Arabesque was not really able to understood Gearshift's deed.
On a second thought she read stories about guardian entities called Golem in Israheel whist Deerhai used "Gholêym" or "Maha-naqliset " (big artificial entity).
It was artificial being, kind of magically or technology animated statue. They are descripted as giant mix of clay and metal living automaton able to act by themselves or obey to order their creators gave them in writing their names in the golem's forehead with a magic gem wand called "Qasem Maftéakhʼéveniy" (מַפְתֵּחַאַבְנוּנִי קָסם / Magical Keystone) .
Anyway those beings were also described as somewhat beyond knowledge or power for everyone except of their creators. Arabesque looked then to the colt and smiled to him.
It sounds poetic, in a way^^
Arabesque glanced to Gearshift, waiting the reply. She was a bit sad to not be able to help much with the device, after-all he will probably not met another Sandlander and native Deerhai speaker… but when he replied and accepted her other request it made her happy.
She can't do much, but at least they would have fun… but the song he wanted to translate intrigued her. Buts she didn't question, imagining several reasons he was not willing to do it there… and she respected it. Looking to the pencil and notebook, she gently nodded to the colt, smiling.
Of course, we can move in a better place ^^. There is my cabin if you want, it's a quiet place and you could sing as much as you want.
The mare hoped that Gearshift which not takes it wrongly, but to her it was a logical place to be quiet.
