Likes: spring: fleur has always loved new beginnings and the fresh flowers that bloom in that time, the smell of rain: it reminds her of spring and happy times, books: thats is her get away from everyday life, her favourite coffee shop, the sight of mountains: they remind her of exploring, flying: she is quite fast and loves the feeling of the wind through her feathers, fruit: she always ate it as a filly, summer nights: she loves the cool breeze and hoot of owls overhead, the smell of fresh dirt: it deeply reminds her of spring and she loves the feeling of it as well, roses, unexplainable events: the feeling of invetigating never left her, animals, flowers of all kind, the patter of gentle rain, soft thunder, and blueberries

Weaknesses/Flaws: shy, normally keeps to herself, pushes herself too hard, sometimes doesn't seem like she wants to talk when she does, and she's a bit too wishy washy
Fears: leaving ponyville and never finding it again, the future, hard-headed ponies, ponies who shout instead of talk, small bugs, mountains crushing her
Overall Persona: Fleur is usually quite shy, and loves spending her time reading in her house and at the café. She can be very polite and honest - if she actually does talk. She's kind, generous, and caring - leaving a good impression on those who interact with her. She is very confidence in herself, and she loves to be around nature. She has a habit of bitting her hooves when ponies talk to her. If a stallion tries to talk to her, she gets very anxious, and comes out looking like a filly. She doesn't get sidetrack easily, making it easier to get things done on time.

She absolutely hates agrueing with other ponies, it makes her feel weak and pointless. She can be a bit too honest at some points - pointing out others flaws and accidentally hurting their feelings when she doesn't mean to, but once she sees that she hurt them, she instantly says sorry and does something to make them feel better. She's very sweet and caring, and tries to show it to her friends and family as best she can, but it doesn't always turn out that way.

One of the greatest things Fleur loves is exploring. She loves it for the thrill of finding new things, and the moment when you discover something unknown. She loves it for the interesting stories it brings, and the animals she sees along the way. She loves it because it's relaxing, more relaxing than sitting inside a coffee shop. Fleur has many hobbies, including but not limited to bookwriting, reading, drawing, and exploring.

So then, the oc itself is rather fine. So, no worry. However there is some point that should be extended/fleshed out. FIrst of all, the overall persona. It should be 250 words at least, while yours is 189 words.

I think that likes and dislikes should be extended. Why, does she likes x, or dislike x. The same for her fears. ^^
Now, for the strengths, I don't really know how "sweet" is really a strength, I admit. It's more of a quality than a strong point. Also, sweet and kind are more or less synonymous, so it may looks a bit redundant.

So, I suppose that maybe some of those traits can be moved from "Strenghts" to overall persona.

But beside those changes your ocs is acceptable ^^. So if you can flesh out those entries (especially explaining them instead of just listing them) I could valid your oc.
