Likes:
☁ The cold; when it becomes cold, he seems to get more energy, and becomes more energetic. During the summer he tends to be more shut in, but when he can feel the cold start to settle in, he'll start wanting to be more active, be more out there.
☁ Swimming; he has a strong hatred for heat, but he does find one good thing about it - swimming. The water tends to be cooler, and floating around feels great to him.
☁ Dogs; Ice's job is always around dogs, as well it is part of his cutie mark. So he seems to not be able to help the fact that he has a love for dogs. He's the kind of guy that will take in strays.
☁ Food; everyone loves food, he is no different. Whenever he gets bored, he'll be chomping something down, and seems to never be able to get rid of his hunger.
☁ Moving; because Ice lives in the north, he is around cold all the time, which makes him have a lot of energy. Running about, pulling sleds and the such make him extremely happy. It makes him feel apart of a team, as well as helpful at times.
Dislikes:
☁ Bugs; there aren't too many bugs where he lives, so when he travels and sees a bug, it's almost unnatural. Of course, he can easily dispose of it, but he always has the fear of them creeping around afterwards.
☁ Baths; even though he loves to swim, he doesn't care much for baths. Maybe it's because he tends to need to take one when he's tired, of the fact that he is just standing under water, and not being able to really play in it.
☁ Cloths; with pretty thick fur, he doesn't tend to see reason to wearing cloths. As well, when he puts them on he feels very trapped, not able to move that well.
☁ Beaches; Ice only likes to swim in swimming pools, not the beaches. He does have a fear of the fish, and them touching him. As well, sand gets caught in his fur easily, and the water becomes sticky when it dries.
☁ Deserts; he has traveled to the desert before, he does not want to do it again. Because cacti come in many different sizes, plus the heat, he does not find deserts pleasant.
Motivation:
☁ Ice lives for sledding with his dogs and feeling like he belongs. Since he usually is with them in the sled line, he tends to get the rush of running and excitement of it all.
Strengths:
☁ Open minded; tries to be on the more accepting side of the spectrum. When he knows it's something others can't help (sexuality, disorders, etc.), he tries his best to understand and accept.
☁ Brave; because Ice is a guy, he feels like he has to be the brave one - though it's him following stereotypes. Either way, he tends to be the first one entering a haunted house, trying to show he isn't that scared.
☁ Social; though he doesn't socialize a lot, he can survive it. He can make situations seem fun, and enjoy it. Being alone is also easier for him, making him more relaxed. But he can work with and without others.
Weaknesses:
☁ Confused; when someone has to spend time explaining something to him, it tends to go in one ear and come out the other. If he doesn't get it right away, he probably won't get it ever.
☁ Forgetful; when something isn't done everyday, he tends to forget it. Such as if he doesn't talk to said pony everyday, he'd probably forget their name.
☁ Jumpy; even though he tends to be brave, he does jump easily. Loud noises and being touched will make him jump, and sometimes fall down if it could be a way of getting away.
Fears:
☁ Birds; after a chicken jumped on his back when he was younger, he decided he didn't like birds. If one is flying in his general direction, he tends to get scared and get lower to the ground - they're in the sky, he'll be on the ground.
☁ Thunder; because of him being jumpy when it comes to loud noises, it isn't a surprise that he doesn't enjoy thunderstorms. If there ever is one, he'll be blasting music, and trying to ignore it.
Overall Persona:
☁ Ice tends to be more on the quiet side. With him spending most of his time with his dog team, he doesn't tend to interact with other ponies. When he does, it is usually when he is traveling for more supplies so he can survive in the north. As well, because he tends to work with delivering mail, he does get to see other ponies. But usually no one has small talk with a mail man. Because of him not talking to others too much, he does tend to get nervous when he does. Though, he does hope to maybe spend a summer in PonyVille to try to calm down more around other ponies. Though when Ice does get close friends, he is very protective. He puts on a brave kind of front, showing that he will help them through anything. Ice believes that friendship bonds are very important - though he is more use to the bonds being with his dogs. With friends, he will be more open about himself, act more relaxed. Being relaxed means that he isn't really scared to be sarcastic, and will joke around a lot. Even if he has friends, though, he needs alone time. Taking a break to hang out in his room with hot cocoa is always refreshing, making it easier so he can 'recharge', so to speak. He can spend hours with others, but then later on he needs to be alone to recollect himself. Usually when he is alone, he'll have his dogs with him, and they will all be together. His dogs are his life, and they are the most comforting thing he has.
History:
☁ Born in the south, he was a twin. As well, he was assigned female at birth. Growing up, his mother had a lot of dogs all the time, even though she worked at the snow factory. His father was an earth pony, who helped design buildings. Ice wasn't an only child, as he had a twin named Rose. She was mainly into decorating, and had inherited being a unicorn from what they guessed was distant family. Being raised a girl, Ice got earrings, because where they lived, it was common for females. But as he grew up, he started to reject 'girly' things. As soon as he moved out, he started to take medicine to make him more masculine, and it worked. At first, his family was iffy about it, but they came around eventually. As well, they gave him their Ponyville house when they moved to Manehattan - Rose didn't want it. Even though he accepted the house, he didn't live there much. Instead, he spent his money on a house in the north, right around Stalliongrad. But instead, he turned his Ponyville house into a vacation house, and visits a good amount of times. Soon after, he got all his dogs, so he could make a sled team. That's when he got his cutie mark. From then on, he spent his time training his team, and becoming a mail man.
