Current Residence: A small hut next to the library in Ponyville.
Job: Counciling foals that are having problems in their life that they don't feel they can sort out on their own. Whether they are being teased by other foals or are just worried about what their special talent will be, she's always there to help.
Mother: Nurture Nest, a yellow pegasus pony who runs the daycare in Cloudsdale
Father: Thunder Drum, a brown pegasus pony whose job at the weather factory is to play the drums that create thunder during storms.
Sibling(s): Flitter Rhythm (older sister), a tan pegasus mare who is an up-and-coming drummer in a band
Other Family: Cherish (grandmother. Nurture's mom), a unicorn pony who lives in Ponyville. She raised Gentle Storm. She has the special talent to know what other ponies are feeling.

Motivation: Teaching foals to work out their problems with each other, and have healthy relationships as adults.
Strengths: Her open mindedness toward other ponies from all walks of life. Her loving and understanding nature.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Fiery temper like her dad. Allergic to daisies (sneezing, itching, makes itchy bumps appear under her coat. Makes spring awful for her). Tends to overreact to anything slightly bad that happens.
Fears: Abandonment or rejection. Strange fear of meeting royalty. She's scared if she meets a princess, she'll mess it up somehow, and embarrass herself in front of everypony.
Overall Persona: She is generally sweet, non-judgmental, and tolerant, but if you hurt someone she loves, or offend her, she can turn into a fiery monster of doom. Not literally, of course, but you really don't want to be around her when shes angry. She adores her job working with foals, and hopes to continue to do so until she retires. She is a bit shy when first meeting ponies, so they tend to think she's being stuck up, and don't ever try to talk to her again. This causes her to have very few friends, and to almost never have close friends. She loves foals, but is nervous and awkward around adult ponies, unless she's angry at them, in which case, everypony is usually staring in open-mouthed shock as she "releases the beast," so to speak. She has a nasty habit of overreacting to any slightly bad situation, and therefore, easily slips into the "poor me" mentality, forgetting about the beauty in life, and instead seeing only the bad for a while. She stays to herself when possible, except when dealing with foals, and prefers reading a book or singing to herself rather than making friends. It isn't that she doesn't like other adult ponies, she just finds it too much work to keep to the social "norms" long enough to make any friends. The ponies that most people would consider "strange" are the most likely to befriend her. Once you do get her to open up, you'll find a smart (sometimes a know-it-all) pony who enjoys learning new things, cooking, and singing. But her true talent is with working with foals to get through their problems and learn how to be strong adult ponies in the future.
History/Background: Gentle Storm was born to two pegasus parents, but turned out a unicorn, like her grandmother on her mother's side, and therefore, couldn't walk in the clouds of Cloudsdale. Her parents couldn't leave their lives and jobs in Cloudsdale, so they sent Gentle Storm to live with her grandmother in Ponyville. There, she followed in her grandmother's hoofprints, and became a counseler in Ponyville. Having had a difficult upbringing, living away from her parents, she decided to help other foals with the problems that caused them upset or grief. She lives a quiet, largely monotonous life, but she likes routine, so she doesn't mind.

Firstly, you are not permitted to have prior meetings or relationships with other characters, secondly you are not permitted to work in a canon location without permission. You re also not meant to mention other characters in your app so saying "thing pinkie pie after a broken pinkie promise" is not allowed, we want to hear from you what your character is like, not thinking of another character. I also feel that you kind of lost your way when you got to the courted section, its either 3rd person or 1st person, not both please. No pony would think the princesses would banish anypony for messing up a meeting, thats silly. I dunno what talent of Candence's you are referring to but special talents usually manifest in terms of a power, not directly affecting another character, that's mary suing and kind of isn't allowed.
Finally the persona section is too short, it needs to be about double what you've already got.

Sorry about the mess ups. Also, when I referred to Cadence's talent, it was the one shown in A Canterlot Wedding, Part 1, where two ponies were fighting and she magically made them get along and act in love again. Afterwards, Twilight said "How many ponies can just spread love wherever they go? I can only think of one, and you're marrying her!" implying that that was Cadence's special talent, and explaining her heart cutie mark, as well as her name Princess Mi Amore Cadenza (sp?). I'm sorry if my assumption was wrong. I wasn't attempting to make a Mary Sue character. I actually despise them. But with a limited amount of flaws they can have here, while keeping in the light theme of MLP, my usual balance of great talents vs mental or physical shortcomings that I usually use in my characters was thrown off balance. It shouldn't happen again. I'll be more careful in the future. (But probably still mess up a bit, so please have patience with me)

When it comes to special talents, they are not exclusive to one sort of pony. Rarity can find gems but she teaches the spell to twilight. Some ponies are just better at it than others. Also Cadance is an alicorn, which explains why she can do what she does. Also I feel I should mention that thinking any foal you council is your own child sounds quite psychotic XD but since I don't think thats what you were going for I'll just put it down to a poor choice of words.
