-Personality Stuff-
Likes: Sky likes sunshine especially when she up in the air flying. Sky loves to have fun even when she's on the ground. Sky loves to friends since they spice up her life. Sky also likes to sleep since it keep her awake. She loves water especially rain even though she doesn't like lightning.
Dislikes: Sky doesn't like the moon since there is no sunshine, but she respects Princess Luna still. Sky hates lightning and will fly away from it as fast as she can. Sky hates being bored because it just makes her fly around upside down in circles.
Motivation: Sky's motivation to live is practicing flying so she can adventure anywhere in the world, and meeting friends that she can keep.
Strengths: Sky's boldness gives her a little edge with trying new things. She is friendly, kind, and loves to make friends. Sky is quite smart and daring.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Sky likes to lie to stay out of trouble so she has trouble with being honest. She doesn't like to be bored, and will do anything so that she can't bored at that time.
Fears: Sky has astraphobia (Fear of Lightning), the fear of losing her friends, and the fear of losing her ability of flight.
Overall Persona: Sky Swirl is friendly and loves to make friends. She lies whenever she's near getting into trouble so that she doesn't. Sky is kind always and loves to try new things. If anyone dares her to try something new she'll take that dare in a heartbeat. Sky loves to fly around, but not all day. Sky gets tired, and likes to sleep as well. If Sky gets tired, and there's a storm she can't sleep unless she's really tired. Whenever Sky gets bored, she just goes outside her house and just flies around it. Occasionally she's even flying upside down just waiting for something to do. Sky lies whenever she's out late seeming to be doing something mysterious, and somebody catches her. If Sky gets in trouble, then she will just go ahead the punishment involved, even though it would be boring. Sky loves to play with her friends, and especially play with them under the hot summer sun. Sky checks the weather every few hours just to make sure that there will be no storms in the coming hours, even though some of the time she'll be playing with friends.

While I'm not sure if a non weather pony should be dealing with clouds, I do think that you might want to eloborate on this character slightly as ut comes off as very rainbow dash esque, I know this is your character but you should try and get that across better. Also, your overall persona section is a little too short, I know its hard to tell but you'll probably want around 50% more (that is half of what you have written added onto what you have written) Other than that the apps great, so fix those things and you're good to go
