He is a great conversationalist and can be warm once you get to know him, but is cold as ice to those outside his inner circle. He checks up on all ponies within his current location when something is amiss, and generally frowns upon reckless ponies, due to during his line of work, to many constables have been hurt rushing into situations and being reckless.
