-Personality Stuff-
Likes: Observing creatures in the field and in books is Websy's favorite pastime. When she's in a social mood (which is often) she likes to visit the children of Ponyville and her brother. Websy also won't turn down a good dandilion sandwich when she's feeling snacky.
Dislikes: Ponies who get scared easily and/or nitpick annoy Websy to no end. Anytime she's around one, she has a tendancy to scowl at them without noticing. Predators of insects (especially birds, since they tend to get tangled in her mane anyway) she practically considers enemies. She constantly needs to chase them out of her garden to keep her little pets safe.
Motivation: Helping Equestria gain a better understanding of insects and thier usefulness .
Strengths: Peppy, loyal to her friends, hardworking, cautious
Weaknesses/Flaws: Overreacts when she sees a pony step on a bug intentionally or not, defensive, gets too chummy with strangers to quickly
Fears: Centipedes and millipedes (She is trying to overcome this), tough-looking ponies, stormy weather
Overall Persona: Websy Spats is a young Earth pony who grew up alongside her brother, Nutbolt, in Manehattan. The pair was known in thier school for being eccentric, and were often made fun of by thier classmates. However, they stuck together through it all and became very close. Websy was always interested in the small creatures that dotted the streets, and would often capture them in containers and write down what they would do. One day, when she saw a group of older ponies about to stomp on a large spider, she rushed in, scooped it up, and carried it away without another word. Although she got her cutie mark that day, her classmates mocked her relentlessly for saving the bug. Websy swore that when she was old enough, she would leave Manehattan forever, and that's just what she did when she got out of school. Taking only a little money, some of her favorite bugs, and a few books, she headed off with her brother to Ponyville after hearing about their sense of community and kindness. Now, she breeds helpful bugs in a small shop, such as spiders, which she uses to kill the less helpful ones, such as termites. Her buisness isn't booming, however. She still has a lot to learn about social graces before she gets many willing customers. Overall, underneath her social akwardness and slight obsession with invertebrates, she is a cheerful, hardworking pony who only wants to make the world a better place for insects and ponies alike.
