This is still badly under construction, but I had to make notes before I forgot them. This is my Villain Application. Her design is taking a lot of inspiration from Egyptian art since no one really mentions where Dracoequus originated from.
-General Stuff-
Name: Queen Pandemora (A combination of Pandora and Pandemonium) [Alternate name; Pandemonia]
Nickname/Alias(es): Mistress; Queen of Denial
Race: Dracoequus
Gender: Female
Age: Old enough to know better, young enough not to care.
Additional Status: She is the ruler of a very small Queendom, made up of herself and her two servants. But she answers to no one and the only laws she follows are the ones she makes up.
-Physical Stuff-
Pelt Color: Her face is the color of sand, her main body is golden furred, her right arm is tan, right leg and tail is green, and her left leg is brown.
Mane/Tail Color and Style: Her mane is long and flowing, warm and golden then flowing into orange, like a sunset.
Eye Color: Yellow with green irises. Cat-like.
Other Scars/Markings: She tends to wear Jewelry and other fashions with an Egyptian Motif. She is made of of a composite of animals found in the Equestrian equivalent of Egypt.
Physique: Slinky and lithe.
Additional info: Her movements tend to be very cat-like. She moves slow, but in a calculating way. As if she were stalking her prey, even when she's sitting still. Tend to lazily flump on whatever piece of furniture is nearest.
-Social Stuff-
Current Residence: Her home base is a floating Pyramid back in her desert homeland. These days she mostly flies around in her flying ship, the Western Sun. It is a large papyrus boat with a sphinx chamber on the deck. This floats upon a flying body of water which she can extend down as a path to those wishing to seek audience with her. This is known as the Denial River.
Job: She is Pharaoh in her homeland, or so she claims. She is a trickster, and bored. Mostly her job consists of playing games with the ponyfolk.
Family: She claims to be descended directly from Celestial beings. The truth of this is unknown.
Closest Friends: She has no need of friends, but is attended by her two servants.
Courting/Courted By: Disaster. Whether this is a person or the abstract concept of disaster is unclear.
Pets: She has several cats who are tended by her servants. They are Bast, Isis, and Mr. Cuddlymuffins.
Mate: None
-Personality Stuff-
Likes: Pandemora loves the sun, games, testing her wits, pretty clothes, gold...and surprisingly, cats. She also loves grapes, long, luxurious baths and catnaps.
Dislikes: Boredom, disrespect, and insolence. She hates harsh sadstorms (Not a typo), bugs, and Hate hate HATES to lose. Especially mental contests. She also can't abide cheaters.
Motivation: Growing ever bored with a long, privileged life she is seeking out new horizons. Not to conquer. Subjugating one kingdom is tedious enough. She really seeks to break her monotony and challenge new people. To stir up trouble, shake things up. Bring a little chaos into an otherwise grey, colorless world. Basically, she just wants to amuse herself.
Strengths: She has high intelligence and a strict moral code. She has powerful Chaos magic. She likes to mess with people, but is careful enough not to hurt anyone. If she breaks her toys, she'd have no one to play with, after all.
Weaknesses/Flaws: She's a poor sport. She hates not to have things go her way and is prone to hissy fits and royal tantrums if she doesn't get her way. If she is defeated in a contest she can sulk sulk for weeks. She is also incredibly vain to the point of Narcissism. Flattery will get you everywhere, and mirrors are her downfall.
Fears: She is scared of physical pain and will flee at the least sign of violence. She also has a fear of bugs, especially scarabs. Big, nasty, Hateful things!
Powers: Like other long-lived Dracoequus, she is a powerful magical entity. The ability is woven into the very fabric of her being. She has chaotic magic, the ability to change reality around her. This means manipulating gravity (Telekinesis?) and the ability to alter what objects are [Note: this may extend to altering ponies? Example; temporarily turning them into sea ponies, pegasi, or earth ponies for contests?]. She has no control over hearts or minds, however. Ultimately, she can manipulate what something looks like, but not what they really are inside.
Overall Persona: Queen Pandemora thinks of herself as royalty, and almost God-like. Unlike Celestia, she is royalty and expects to be treated as such. She will not abide rude or insolent people in her presence, and will likely send them to the cornfield. Even if she has to create a cornfield to send them to. She is happy to grant an audience to those who treat her with the respect she is due.
She is astronomically bored and wishes to spice up her life by playing games with Equestria, using the residents as her pawns. She abhors violence and pain, and refuses to either wage war or to have war waged upon her. Perhaps that makes her cowardly, but she is sick at heart from fighting and hatred. While she may not be seeing friends, she is not seeking enemies.
Her behavior is catlike. This means she can be cuddly and cute one minute, then suddenly lash out with claws for no apparent reason. She is too lazy to be a real threat to anyone. She wants to relax, have fun and play.
In essence, she is the embodiment of Chaotic Neutral. One moment she's stealing something precious to use as a prize for a game, the next she is selflessly healing a sick child on a whim.
And despite all of her power, her station as queen, at the end of the day she really is a lonely cat lady. She could just rule over her land like the proud Pharaoh she is, but centuries of isolation have taken their toll, both on her and the land she oversees. The source of the sadstorms is her bottled up emotions coalescing into blinding sandstorms that cause sadness and erosion of everything and everyone it comes in contact with. She hopes that by entertaining herself with these ponyfolk she can not only bring happiness to herself, but to her homeland.
