It was a nice day outside.
The sun was shining with warmth upon Ponyville as the usual sound of socializing ponies spoke and talked. The park was the same. Animals were awake and active as birds chirped softly upon the branches and common rodents and small mammals skittered across the flowing grass. The slight breeze rustled the tree's leaves and twigs as they waved quietly. Different ponies and families were relaxing in different places of the park.
An airy, light pelted Pegasus was soaring just over the park, her light red eyes narrowing at the different parts of the wide field. Along her waist was a bag that was carrying a certain notebook, one that contained all of her ideas and lyrics for another song.
This mare was none other than Maroon Shine, a common singer in Ponyville. She was one that would come to the park to practice singing her songs, write down ideas for songs, write lyrics, or to simply just relax and get inspiration from the pretty view that the place possessed.
Because she was rather common in Ponyville, Maroon tried her hardest to find a quiet place to practice and write in peace, and she couldn't do that with many ponies in her way. She knew that they meant well, but she simply could not stand large crowds, and she always felt violated and uncomfortable.
Her red eyes had shot around the place from above, her large pink wings flapping against her sides as she watched the ground, sometimes having to blow her dark maroon mane from her face. It had taken a bit, but she had found a part in the park that was peaceful, and not many ponies were around to see her.
Maroon had landed near a tall tree, balancing on her haunches as she took out her notebook from her saddlebag. She opened the notebook quietly and flipped to a page that she had been working on for a while now. The page contained a variety of lyrics for a new songs she had been rather excited about. All that she needed to work on was the tune.
She was struggling a bit with a new and original tune, but one soon worked well with the lyrics, and Maroon was soon singing her song, sometimes having to pause and writing down more fitting lyrics for the song.
