Pelt Color: Pinky red
Mane/Tail Color and Style: Mane and tail match colour-wise, both are lime green with pinky-red streaks through, matching the pelt. her mane is curly at the fringe, but the rest of her mane is fairly wavy, fluffy and unkempt, same with her tail, which also curls at the tip. She also wears a stetson.
Eye Color: Lime green
Cutie Mark: An apple slice with a cinnamon stick.
Other Scars/Markings: Three freckles on both cheeks
Physique: Strong build, like the rest of the apple family, slightly taller than AJ

Motivation: Her motivation is to introduce healthy but sweet snacks to ponies everywhere, and to provide work to those who are unemployed but looking for a job.
Strengths: Polite, dedicated to her job, she works hard but knows her boundaries, unlike her cousin AJ, she's a very good baker, she works fast and effectively even under pressure. Very smart, quick thinker.
Weaknesses/Flaws: She can be bossy and pushy if one of her workers slack or she's running late on a deadline, she gets bored quickly and can be quite complainative when bored.
Fears: She fears passing deadlines, aphids and parasprites messing up her crops, accidentally under-baking something and giving customers food-poisoning or salmonella-poisoning.
Overall Persona: Apple Cinnamon Crisp is a hard-working pony who runs her own farm and bakery, she also looks after her parents who both suffer from arthritis and can't work on the farm anymore. She likes to think of herself as a pony who everyone respects for being the biggest employer in Fillydelphia. She struggled financially after a parasprite infestation ruined her crops. When Princess Celestia went to Fillydelphia because of the infestation she heard of Apple Cinnamon's farm being ravaged and of her charitable work with the unemployed, by giving them jobs, money and a small percentage of the daily picking, Celestia gave her some money to keep the farm from becoming bankrupt. Although she's a polite and friendly pony she can often get quite bossy when one of her employees slacks off a bit or if the farm doesn't meet the daily quota. She's very precise when it comes to her baking and has to have everything perfect - be it timing or measurements. She often travels to the other towns and cities to sell her goods, or just to help around her cousins' farms, though when she offered to help Applejack during Apple bucking, Applejack declined the offer as she had her own farm to care for. She holds the Annual Fillydelphia rodeo, which she often wins. In her free time she goes out running or plays with her dog, Fabia - who she relies on a lot and is very close to. She gets bored very easily and so she plays with Fabia a lot, or bakes for herself and parents. She's always looking for new things to bake or new ways to bake things she already knows. Her favourite recipes are ones that contain apples and cinnamon. She spends a lot of her free time also teaching her little sister, Apple Brioche, how to bake and also teaching her the ways of looking after the farm, in case she gets ill or is away for too long. She gets on very well with her sister.
