Current Residence: Grew up in Hoofington, then moved to Fillydelphia, but had to travel to Ponyville after her family's honey business went bankrupt. Is currently living just outside Whitetail Wood with her small honey farm.

Dislikes: Mess, things being out of place, rain and thunderstorms, ponies who squish bugs, sour foods, pollution, rudeness.
Motivation: To make lots of money out of her honey business and bring honour and respect back to her family name.
Strengths: Kindhearted, good with animals (especially bugs), dedicated and hardworking.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Can be lazy at times, is shy when meeting new ponies, can be a bit bossy and tends to jump to conclusions too quickly.
Fears: Heights, loud noises, bats, timber wolves and too much darkness. She's also not crazy about thunder and lightening..
Overall Persona: She's very much a stick-to-your-comfort-zone type of pony, and is rather shy and even a bit awkward at the best of times, and can also be very skittish and over-reactive. She doesn't like being a bother and isn't very good at putting her hoof down, even though she is learning to be a bit braver and more confident in herself - mostly thanks to Apple Napoleon and his love and support. Honey is a very sweethearted and good-natured girl, who has a knack for keeping her bees happy and producing delicious honey, which she often uses in her many home-made dishes, and she also enjoys picking fruit and using them as well.
Her talents lie with bee-keeping, and keeping them content to produce the most deliciously sweet honey. She adores insects and creepy crawlies of all sorts, and is always careful not to stand on a single one or let anyone squash them if she's nearby. She'll always pick them up and move them if they're being a bother, but she's certainly happy to let spiders inhabit her home. Other ponies are always so quick to freak out whenever they see bugs, and Honey just doesn't understand why. She is well-read when it comes to nature, and won't hesitate to correct ponies when they're being unfair towards bugs, but will always try not to sound too stand-offish and annoying.
She adores beautiful scenery and sunny weather, and enjoys being out and about on a good day, exploring and studying everything around her - from trees to flowers to wildlife. Sometimes she can be a bit overbearing when it comes to mess, as she is a very neat and tidy girl and likes things being how she wants them to be. You also don't want to be out with her when it starts raining.. she's not vain at all, but she can't STAND getting her hair wet. There's so much of it, and when it's wet it gets extremely heavy and can put her in a rotten mood. She's always quick to cheer up though, and doesn't stay moody for long - even after she becomes too pessimistic and assumes the worst.
Considering her often shy nature, she doesn't like awkward questions into her personal life. Also considering her skittishness, she HATES scary stories and has a slight fear of the dark. She doesn't like being up too high either, and while she respects pegasus ponies, she's always a LOT happier on the ground. When she's comfortable, she's very friendly and sociable, and loves all her friends and family very much. She also LOVES kids, and wishes to have her own someday.
History: As a filly growing up, Honey was instantly brought into a world of business and honey in her parents' cosy cottage just outside the small town of Hoofington. Her family was very passionate with their work, and were quite strict with her to ensure she followed in their hoofprints. She instantly found a love for bugs at a young age and developed a strong fascination for nature and all living creatures - especially bugs - which is how she got her bumblebee Cutie Mark. But her older sister, Sunny Bee, used to tease and even bully her for her strange tastes. She found comfort in a young colt named Apple Napoleon, who was her very best (and only) friend. They did everything together. When she grew into a young teenager her parents whisked her away to Fillydephia when they decided they needed a change of scenery in their lives - plus they weren't making as much money as they hoped. Honey was very upset with being pulled away from her only friend, but she respected her parents' wishes. But even business in the new town wasn't going well, and her parents were becoming too stressed with the money problems until they eventually went bankrupt. Honey decided she wanted to save her family's business, and set out to the town of Ponyville which sounded perfect for a new start.
While in Ponyville, she reunited with Apple Napoleon, and the two realised their love for each other. She found a piece of land just outside of Whitetail Wood and close to Ponyville, and has set up her own little farm with a quickly growing hive. She's also planning on hiring a few helpers, as she is slowly but surely bringing some money in.
