Cutie Mark: Apple Napoleon dessert. When he was growing up, he found he had a talent for food displays and that's how he received his cutie mark.
Other Scars/Markings: Orange freckles on his cheeks and orange hooves. His freckles also show he's a member of the Apple family.
Physique: Short for a male pony. Like an undersized Clydesdale pony. He tends to wear a yellow bandanna.

Job: Ran his mother's apple orchard, but it went out of business, so he went to help Granny Smith's with hers.

Likes: Rarity (he thinks she's the normalest of the group, haha) helping when he can, but prefers to be lazy. Decorating food. The color yellow.
Dislikes: Oranges and mangoes. Standing next to Big Mackintosh. Large groups of people.
Motivation: He likes the ladies, but he's not a pimp in the slightest. The furthest he gets is getting to be a good friend of theirs. His family is important to him, tho it may not seem like it, since he rarely goes to their reunions. So he's a family-first guy.
Strengths: Once he's motivated, he's determined to finish. He doesn't let anything distract him. Unlike Applejack, it takes alot to motivate him, and he knows how to handle his time.
Weaknesses/Flaws: He's a bit short, so when people mention it, he gets kinda testy. He's on the lazy side, so he's always looking for a shortcut, when most of the time its easier to do the job than to PRETEND to do the job.
Fears: Crowded places (he's claustrophobic)
Personality: Like of course he'd be headstrong, loyal and brave (sometimes to the point of foolishness) and putting his friends before his own gain, like the Apple family often is. He'd be quick thinking and can be just as fast in getting out of trouble as he is in getting into trouble. Tho he won't be as intellectually smart as Big Mac. So other ponies see him as ill-educated.
History: He's not the black sheep in his family (that role belongs to Baked Apple) but he gets his laziness from his father. His mother usually has to kick his butt about doing any work, but once he starts, he gets done quickly so he can rest some more. However he's not mean at all. He's really quite social and loves to mingle. Even if he doesn't go to the Apple Family reunions, it certainly shows he's a member of the family. He loves apples like the rest of them.
Growing up, he had quite a few friends (well, kind of like how Tom Sawyer had friends) but his best filly friend was Honey Oats. She was pretty much his exact opposite in everything, but they had alot of fun together until they had to separate during a move.
As Napoleon got older he actually dated Ruby Lips and Whatnot once, so that was his romantic experience until he moved to Ponyville.
After hearing that Big Macintosh hurt himself at Sweet Apple Acres, Apple Danish told him to go help his Granny Smith and cousins on their farm until he got better. He traveled there to work and actually came across his old friend Honey Oats. There they caught up and discovered their love for each other.
