Canterlot was always a magical experience for the magic-sensing earth pony, every time he arrived here, he had such pleasure in joy in just sensing magical effects all around him, although their strength had long faded for his senses, he could still feel them when he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. There weren't many places in the canterlot streets you could really do so, due to the slight hustle and bustle. It was much better than Manehattan, at the very least.
This day in canterlot was a particularly sunny one, it was quite the bother. While the heat beating in on many ponies. their irritation showed, although many unicorns held a parasol above their head with smiling ease, their levitation magic guiding the parasols to guard their coats from the sun.
However, right now, something other than the sun bothered Fantasy. Every now and then, outside of all the unicorn magic, he sensed something dark, something unexpected down below. He had already asked around, but nopony knew a thing about the sewers, and it was surprisingly hard to get a hold on any kind of sewer pony. Something bad was down there, something magical at the very least. It was swift and moved all around, not giving fantasy much time to truely feel and sense the strange being. All this together troubled him more by the second, but he had little hints to go further on. He needed somepony with better information...
All this thinking had made him forgot his hunger, something his body would gladly remind him of, with a soft grumble. With an oral groan, he looked around and noticed a café closeby. He went closer, opening the door with a soft ring of the bell, stepping into the unassumingly colorful café. It was not unlike many others in canterlot or ponyville. a cool wave of air washed over him, the place magically cooled down for all to have an easier day in this painful heat. the pony, Soft Yellow with a brown mane and an only slightly ill-fitting hoodie, normal of height, smiled and shook his body, moving to the counter to order, not yet noticing a figure in the corner.
