((This thread takes place CLOSE TO the weather factory, not within the weather factory.))
The swift scribbling of the pencil continued on in the peaceful surroundings of the cloud factory. The cloudsdale weather was as beautiful as ever, although the sun was hardly shining, yet. It was still early dawn, and with every passing moment, the sun raised higher, warming the cold clouds with it's bright embrace. However, a strange cloud floated right in pencil's sight, obscuring one third of the beautiful skyscape that she was drawing. It took a moment to see, but the oddly coloured cloud was just a small one, with what seemed to be a sturdy young colt laying ontop of it.
The gray pegasus was still breathing slowly and sleepily, although he rested with half an eye open. Conscious, but not 'awake', for lack of better terminology. Honestly, he had lost track of the time while studying his arts for weather school. If he recalled correctly, he had to be at the weather factory. Today. Sometime. Probably not yet, since it was rather silent. He had no clue if it was this morning or in the afternoon. Was he missing a class now? He didn't know, it was certainly possible. he didn't exactly have an attendance record to be proud of. He huffed a sigh and lazily lay on his cloud, which didn't really move out of Pencil's sight. Cloud Drop had not seen or recognized Pencil, so it was likely she would have to get his attention, especially if she wanted to finish her drawing.
Pencil woke up to a beautiful morning and with that came fresh ideas for drawing! Not wanting the ideas to slip from her brain she quickly gathered up some of her art supplies and headed towards her favourite spot in cloudsdale: the weather factory. She had a special spot right beside the rainbow falls, most of Hercules prized drawings were drawn in this spot. She quickly set up and got to work deciding to draw the early morning sun. "This view is perfect just what I needed to start the day" she happily murmured to herself. She had only started to make a rough outline of what she was drawing, the rainbow falls at the side and the sun peeking over the clouds. She had to draw the sun quickly because sooner or later the sun would be up.
