Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a group of flowers smiling. The petals of the flowers are pink, and so are the eyes and smile of the flower. The flowers eyes are also closed.

Likes: Mrs Cheerilee likes many things but the things she likes most are fillies and teaching. If Mrs Cheerilee didn't like fillies then she never would have started to teach. She is hardly strict with them unless they have done something really bad, she must have seen some things Diamond Tiara has done but she just warns her that there will be consequences she doesn't do anything harsh. In an episode Mrs Cheerilee tells us that she loved to teach leading to the job she has.

Dislikes: Mrs Cheerilee almost doesn't dislike anything because she is so positive but there are a few things that she dislikes. It is quite obvious that she hates bullying, she may not punish fillies very severely for bullying unless it goes too far.

Motivation: When Cheerilee was younger she always wanted to be a teacher. Now that she is a full grown pony we don't know what other motivations Mrs Cheerilee has. We only know her motivations from the past and how her motivations and dreams inspired her cutie mark. Her cutie mark, a trio of flowers, symbolizes how she helps pupils bloom, it is perfect for her because it's exactly what her motivation was.

Strengths: Cheerilee's strengths all have to do with teaching and helping students find their true talent. She is very patient and that can help her teach if her students take too long to do something, like to stop talking or if she's waiting for them to reply to a question. She is also very kind to her students even if they get on her nerves. But her most powerful strength is her determination to help her students find their talent. She will always be their for a student and she encourages them to follow their hearts and dreams, no matter how ridiculous it sounds.

Flaws: Even though Mrs Cheerilee can punish students for bullying others or being naughty, it is quite obvious that she doesn't catch every bad thing her students do. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon have bullied the Cutie Mark Crusaders many times at school, but Cheerilee never seems to notice.

Fears: We don't see many obvious fears Cheerilee has but we do know that she doesn't want people seeing her as a bad teacher or a pony who is not capable of being a teacher. She hardly punishes her students and always has a fun activity planned for her students. This is probably because she doesn't want her students to think of her as being a boring or bad teacher. She loves being a teacher and wants to be one for many more years, so Cheerilee would not want ponies to think of her as a pony non capable of being a teacher.

Overall Persona: Overall Cheerilee is kind, patient, and determined to help her students find their destinies. However, she is also reasonably strict and disciplinary when she needs to be. This cutie mark symbolized her hope that she could help her future students bloom if she nurtured them with knowledge. The smiles represented the cheer she hopes to bring to her little ponies while they are learning. She no longer has any motivations besides continuing to be a teacher for many more years. However when she was younger she dreamed of becoming a teacher, gratefully she became a teacher as we know. She is very patient and that can help her teach if her students are taking too long to do something. She is also very kind to her students because she loves them so much. However her most powerful strength is her determination to help her students find their true talent. Mrs. Cheerilee occasionally punishes her students for bullying others or being naughty, but it is quite obvious that she doesn't catch every bad thing her students do. Cheerilee fears her students thinking of her as a bad teacher or ponies thinking that she is not capable of handling her job. However she is perfectly capable of handling her students. In conclusion, Mrs. Cheerilee is a cheerful pony who loves to teach and help fillies grow. She loves her job as a teacher and is great at doing it, even if she doesn’t see every bad thing her students do. She is kind, patients, and determined to help her students become smart and kind ponies. She is one of the most cheerful ponies around.
