There was a long silence. Slide was speechless, staring at Crash in shock. Crash just asked him the most important question ever: Would you want to have kids? Slide didn't know what to think. "I..I..uh, maybe?" Slide replied. "I mean, I think we should wait." Slide got up from his bench and sat next to Crash. "You see, I'm not that busy. Whenever the orchestra is not on tour and the jazz ensemble is not performing, I have plenty of free time." Crash mentioned about her tour and her pet as well. "Oh, I would love to meet your pet. And about Green Screen, I'll see if I can get him a date. Don't worry. Everything is going to be fine. I would love to go to Cloudsdale when this game is over." He wrapped a wing around Crash and hugged her. "Now if you excuse me, I have a bowling ball to roll," Slide remarked as he got up from the bench. He trotted over to the red bowling ball, just sitting there on the rack. "Maybe I should spare this one. Just to make Crash feel a little bit better," Slide thought as he picked up the ball. He trotted forward and rolled the ball down the lane. With a crash, the pins toppled over. However, there was only one pin remaining. "Dang it! I was off by an inch! How could I have missed!" Slide thought as waited for his ball to return. In rage, he picked up the bowling ball and threw it down the lane. With great luck, the ball struck the pin. Slide trotted over and wrote down his score. It was now Slide: X X X 9/ , Crash: X X X. He sat down on the bench and looked at Crash, tears forming in his eyes. "I did that just for you. No matter what happens, I trust you, I'll always be polite. I love you Crash Course!" Slide began to cry, tears streaming down his face. "It's your turn now. Good luck!" And soon Slide was sobbing on the bench, disappointed that he won't get a perfect game.
