So now the ponies have reached a moment where things are serious once again. For some of them they have no clue who these two new ponies are. Then again the twins would be all you needed to figure that mystery out. Stratosphere accepted the loving yet slightly painful hugging from her mother but, once that ended she noticed how barren things were on ThunderCracker’s end. TC stood his ground firmly because his feelings were a lot different that Stratosphere's; TC is not always so forgiving all the time. In the meantime he leaned over a little towards Slipstream to keep her comforted to make sure her nerves won’t spiral out of control. By this time NorthStar finally spoke out to break the heavy silence. His voice defined in a way that was serious but, still had sort of a sense of humor to it. “Guessing by all the celebrating everything turned out ok?” Neither Stratosphere nor ThunderCracker replied to him which put their mother on edge.
Actually Dr. Cupid made an effort to make sure these two knew what was going on which why she began to pull herself together. “Um...I...If you don’t mind sir. I would like to know who you are exactly?” NorthStar turned his attention towards Cupid glaring at her with a blank facial expression. In a few seconds he raised an eyebrow because he expected that the answer might have been easy to read by now. “My name is NorthStar and, your patient is my actually son along with my daughter over there. He and his twin sister is the third link of my family’s heritage which is where those birthmarks on his face come from. I am a Lieutenant for a Special Task Force in the Equestrian Air Force faction. I heard about the bad news while I was making the long trip back home I have been stationed somewhere outside of Ponyville for a very long time now so I just wanted to see son again and, check up on him. So that's why me and my wife Elana came in so rashly which I would like to apologize for. Turns out we could have lost you today huh?” Stratosphere couldn’t keep from breaking down any longer than this. As soon as NorthStar finished talking she rushed over to him and, wrapped her fore-arms around his upper body as best as she could followed by a muffled series of tears and sniffing. That was good enough to finally get a small smile on NorthStar’s face as he tried his best to sooth Stratosphere down a peg. The only one left to join in was TC but, he still remained unmoved which only caused his mother to feel even more uneasy about ThunderCracker’s overall feeling about this whole situation.
