Likes:
-He loves his job. Being in the weather team means more time in his favourite environment, the sky.
-He likes music, all types in general. Silver likes it just playing in the background.
-He likes being competitive but just in a friendly way, not too serious.
-Reading is a favourite of Silver's. Adventure, Mystery and a few comedy books are the best.
-Silver likes to be a leader. The responsibility that comes with it is what he likes.
-Archery, It is a sport Silver has became interested in and in spare time he practices on the edge of the Everfree Forest.
-Silver is a massive comedy fan. Rangeing from simple jokes or long funny stories.
-Learning new things like interesting facts or new gadgets that have been invented.
-Hanging out with friends ad just having lomgconversations.
-Learning new tricks in the air to show friends.

Dislikes:
-Ponies who use their power (like someone in charge over ponies) badly and treating others wrong/unfair.
-When others lie commonly and for no good reason behind it.
-Cheese... He can eat it but dislikes it very much.
-When ponies start shouting because their angry or upset.
-Seeing friends or anypony sad, in a bad mood or let down.
-When a situation like an argument is happening and Silver can not do anything to stop it.
-Ponies who take advantage of other ponies weaknesses and use it against them (Basically Bullying).
-Ponies who brag and taunt others (If in all good fun and is friendly it's not a problem)

Motivation:
Silver motivation each day is to improve on basically anything from a range from skills to even work, while having fun of course. Just improving on the little things like turning friends into best friends, learning a new aerial trick or just perfecting older ones, getting better accuracy with a bow, all those types of things so that one day he can look back and know every second of his life was well spent.

Strengths:
-His imagination, any situation he faces or question his asked Silver will already have a large encyclopaedia of ideas.
-He won't forget promises and he will keep them, never breaking one.
-When it comes to holding friends secrets Silver will always protect them forever if necessary.
-He is an above average flyer. Quite a few are faster then him but not so many as agile.


Weaknesses/Flaws:
-Silver does try helping everypony but sometimes he will push himself over his limits and overtires himself.
-When in a rush or under pressure he can forget what the main task he is meant to be doing.
-Silver hasn't got the best memory or organisation skills, so he has to write a lot of things down.
-When Silver knows his right but others disagree he becomes very persistent to prove to them that he is right.

Fears:
-When trying to calm down heated arguments he fears he might make it worse. Like turning a spark into wild fire.
-He has a large fear of spiders. Their just so creepy...
-Silver is very claustrophobic. He doesn't panic but he will sometimes become paralysed.

General Persona:
Silver Hurricane is a nineteen year old Pegasus stallion who lives in a small house along one of the main streets of Ponyville. Silver is a bright young stallion who is usually very cheerful around everypony. Commonly stopping to chat with a friend or taking the time to make a new friend. He is very kind to everypony and is great at calming down arguments. It would actually be quite rare to find Silver relaxing, since the fact he is always doing something but when he is taking it easy he would  be found on a cloud very high up above Ponyville where no one can bother him. Silver is very responsibly pony and can be trusted with almost anything. He will also lend a helping hoof to anypony who simply asks. He is part of Ponyville's Weather Team, with basic cloud movement and rain control but others when asked. While doing his job he gets to do one of a Pegasi's greatest talents, flying. Practicing aerial stunts in his spare time or just fast flying. Silver in his spare time also doe archery. He had discovered the sport by a friend of Silver's dad who goes in many tournaments in multiply towns. So once in a while he will take his bow and quiver full of arrows and practice on trees on the edge of the Everfree Forrest. Silver always loves learning new things by himself or from others. Silver does sometimes push the barriers of what he can do and gets overworked a lot by this. Silver has a good sense of humour an doesn't get offened easily. He is always trying to find the funny side of any problem or trying to come up with a joke or two. Travelling is not a thing Silver likes to do. He has left Ponyville's bordersonce in a while, visiting Cloudsdale cousins and once in Manehatten but he prefers staying in Ponyville where he knows what's going on. He likes all kinds of activities and games and always loves to try new games. O

Before we get started, I want to point out to you that all the headings in the app are meant to be bold, not just the categories.

For the most part this app is pretty solid, however there is one thing I want to bring up thats causing some confusion and concern.
It's clear that you want this character to be a good friend to ponies, but I feel in your pursuit of that you've made him a little too perfect. What I mean by that is, no one is perfect and at some point we all have to take sides in things. Saying your character never picks sides, and then saying he is always ready to stand by a friend doens't make sense. If his friend is arguing with somepony and the friend asks him to take their side, what will he do?
It's ok to have your pony not be entirely perfect, in fact it makes them far more real if they have some flaws. You repeat over and over how much of a good friend he is but little else. It seems like every point you make is either repeated or could simply have been part of the last point.

If you take away the fact that he is a good friend, it feels like there is very little to this character beyond that. Being a friend is one thing but you need to give reasons that people would want to be your friend, interests, personality traits. Is he funny? Is he sarcastic? You don't generally makes friends if you have nothing that would cause you to be friends in the first place.

I recommend you go back and think on how you could make this character feel a little more 3 dimensional.
