Motivation:
Just what should be here? Motivation... Motivation... This isn't really anything special and he's sure tons of pegasus has this kind of dream, but he would like to get accepted into the Wonderbolt Academy. What really drives him is seeing himself making it into the official Wonderbolts Team and to be one of the top fliers in all of Equestria! Probably the reason why he's always in the skies and if he's not in the sky he's usually on the ground analyzing his mistakes and thinking of new stunts to pull. He also has thoughts about becoming a flight instructor, which is another reason why he's also so engrossed in flight books.

Personality:
A huge noticeable trait is this pony's tsundere personality. "D-don't get me wrong! I'm not here to see you or anything!" Basically it means he can be quite cold and a little hostile towards other ponies, but in truth he's very warm and gentle when one gets to know him better. He's a pony with a very hard exterior, but with a mushy interior. With that said, he tends fail at making a good first impression, not to mention most of the ponies he encounters always end up getting into an argument with him. At first glance Rai is deemed to be the silent type, which can be true. He is sociable, but only when he feels like the conversation can lead to something...productive in a way.

Raijin tends to stray away from large groups, because he prefers to be alone...sometimes. It's just what he's best at ever since his colthood years. It's not like he avoids ponies like the plague, but rather for the reason that he's afraid of his mouth saying rude. Let's dig deeper into the shell shall we? For those that manage to get into this stallion's soft side then congratulations! They just discovered that despite his cold remarks, he is actually a nice pony who would help his friend in times of need. Most of the time his actions alone contradicts what he says. Overall he can be very caring and kind towards his friends. He's always looking out for them. "Here! I just happen to make too much and I don't want to be bother by the sound of your stomach all day!"
