Name: BesseBella Demick
Nickname/Alias(es): Madam Rasoo'let, a name that she calls herself by now. She doesn't like being called her actual name, finding it to be 'bland'.
Race: Unicorn
Gender: Female
Age: Mare
Additional Status: She's often called a 'witch' by some fillies, which infuriates her greatly. While not being rich, she is able to profit from her shop in Manehattan. She often speaks in an 'accent' consisting of adding Zs and Vs to words, like "ZI'm Vine. What azout vou?"
-Physical Stuff-
Pelt Color: A light shade of Lime green.
Mane/Tail Color and Style: Her natural mane and tail color is baby blue, but she often dyes them both and puts them in a variety of colors from experimenting with dyes and hairstyles on herself. Excluding when she actually goes out in public or for special events, she often leaves her hair in these various combinations of hairstyles and dyes when greeting her customers, seeing it too bothersome to 'fix' her hair.

-Personality Stuff-
Likes: She, of course, likes potion making, along with making any sort of mixture or concoction, having great pride in her work. She finds the bubbling and swishing liquids of mixing various ingredients very relaxing. She likes having others buy her products and loves it when she hears great feedback. She likes others who have manners and those who are nice in general and in return will be nice and polite back. She enjoys experimenting with her mixtures and finding out new things about what to mix and such, mainly she experiments on her hair, applying various dyes and trying all sorts of hair products on it. She likes anyone who looks to be abnormal or interesting, or at least whoever looks to be interesting to her, and anything that seems to interesting to her in general. She enjoys talking about just about any subject and won't hesitate to start up a conversation. She loves to hear her shop being mentioned by other ponies, excluding if they're blatantly insulting it.
Dislikes: She does not like those that are rude or unkind and won't hesitate to throw someone out of her shop that's being very rude towards her, no matter how rich or known they may be. She dislikes most insults towards her in general. She doesn't like anything that may give her a negative reputation, like how some fillies have begun calling her a 'witch'. Though being able to handle criticism about her products, if anything she'll quickly fix any mistakes she may have, she will quickly defend herself and her products against harsh criticism. She dislikes any comments that imply that she does not take care of her hair from simply seeing how she is in her shop. She does not like working in a group, preferring to do her concocting and managing her shop by herself. She may be able to forgive those that have wronged her once, especially if it was from some sort of misunderstanding, she definitely won't forgive those that have wronged her again, preferring to ignore them and calling them out if they persist to bother her, though again this excludes if said second 'wronging' turns out to just be one big misunderstanding. She doesn't like those who are clumsy in her shop or those who don't care about others things, she'll be more forgiving about those who can't help being clumsy.
Motivation: To sell and make a profit from her products, along with making a name for herself in Manehattan, perhaps even Equestria.
Strengths: Besse- I mean, Madam Rasoo'let values respect and reputation, so if you respect her, she'll definitely be sure to respect you back, along with recognizing you if she knows of your reputation. She's very polite and nice to those who show the same to her. If she recognizes that she made a mistake, she'll do all that she can to make amends, even if she's told that it isn't necessary or even if they won't accept it, she'll be persistent enough to try anyways. She's very independent, being able to manage her shop alone and being able to get the materials needed for her products. She wouldn't hesitate to stand up for herself, not letting any insults get her down- Though they may instead fire her up. She's very outgoing and isn't shy at all, being willing to just walk up to a stranger because how they style their mane intrigues her. She often speaks her mind, rarely holding anything in. She takes a great pride in what she does. Though she does care about positive and negative reactions about her, she doesn't care about comments about being 'weird' or 'strange', if anything, she's flattered by those words.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Because of her value for respect and reputation, along with being very prideful, she can get very upset about violations of these, like negative comments, those who are rude, and rumors, especially rumors. She can be quick to make assumptions and can come to conclusions that make her run her mouth- Only to find that perhaps she was wrong. She can have quite the temper, while not getting too violent, she can easily go off yelling to someone who was far too rude to her, throwing them out of her shop or just stomping off. She may seem a bit too eccentric for some, perhaps even unintentionally creeping them out. She can be bossy, perhaps unintentionally, as she can be convinced that someone is just perfect for something, while said someone may not agree. She can't handle harsh criticism, quickly going to defend herself and her products and may feel insulted by said harsh criticism.
Fears: Not selling anything, having her shop closed, having her reputation ruined.
Overall Persona: BesseBella Demick, or perhaps as she now refers to herself as, Madam Rasoo'let seems to be somewhat... Eccentric to some, with how she doesn't seem to care about the appearance of her hair when working her in shop and how she can just walk up to a stranger because something intrigues her about them, especially since she's in Manehattan. But she has managed to make a profit there and soon hopes to be well known for her hair and dye products. She doesn't seem to mind about being 'weird' or 'strange' to others, if anything, she thinks of the words as being complementary. But she will not stand for any insults or anything damaging her reputation in general, as she values respect and reputation above anything else (perhaps even her skills in making various concoctions), and at the very least that seems to fit into the posh city of Manehattan.
She didn't always live in Manehattan, she actually lived in the exact opposite of it- A rather quaint farm in Trottingham. Her mother, Dairen was a dairy farmer while her father, SunnyOats was a wheat farmer. The family ran the farm together and while they weren't necessarily rich, they were able to support themselves and live a simple life. But BesseBell, while not ostracized by her family, was certainly a black sheep among them. She outright stated that she didn't like her name because of how 'bland' it was and started calling herself and demanding others call her a new, strange name- Madam Rasoo'let. She didn't seem to have the quiet, humble personality that her parents had, being able to go up to strangers even as a filly and always being able to stand up for herself and call others out, even if it made a show. Even speaking in some sort of accent. Once she got her cutie mark from having made some conditioner among other concoctions with various products around the farm, which was much different from much of the farm-related cutie marks their family had for years, she declared that she, as Madam Rasoo'let, was going to make a name for herself, which involved going away from the farm. At the time she was a teenager.
Her parents were even more surprised by this, even trying to convince her to not go away or at the very least wait until she was older, she didn't listen, staying persistent. Her parents finally ended up giving her some money and told her that she could always come back, doubting that she'd be able to make it out their by herself. Imagine their surprise when a year later they started receiving letters about having been able to start a shop and then being told that it was profitable, though they were certainly very happy for their daughter's success, even with not quite understanding her.
