Dislikes: He doesn't like the rain, as abstract as that may seem, he also has a dislike for non-busy places, for example, the countryside. He also hates getting the order wrong, a rare occurrence but all the same it annoys him
Motivation: To eventually own a coffee shop in Canterlot with his Coltfriend/partner that he is yet to meet
Strengths: He is determined, poised and ready to learn, he takes criticism well in any way to improve his coffee's taste. He is patient and always on hand, if somepony needs something in the cafe, he's there.
Weaknesses/Flaws: He sometimes takes criticism to heart, causing a lot of confidence issues, other times his patience wears thin and stress gets the better of him, overall his main problem is that he seems to be incredibly defensive sometimes.

Cafe Mocha, a local barista to ponyville has recently been noted for his unique way of serving coffee, the way he pours the drink allows for a pattern to be made atop in the cream, which is usually to order, if they have something specific, or whatever he's feeling at the time, his favorite being the heart in the middle of the white cream, he would often say that "The top is like an open canvas to those who want to perfect coffee" which to him sounded slightly silly, but still remained true, as ponies tended to like it when he did this for them.
As a pony who started off in Phillydelphia, a big city, full of interesting and unique ponies that all wanted such a high standard from the goods on sale in such an illustrious place would flock to the coffee shops at times during the day, Cafe Mocha himself worked in a large shop in the center for a few years, which is where he started to have this idea of making each one personal with a patter or image created in the top, this idea sold on fast, but nopony seemed to be able to do it as well as he did.
Unfortunately the hassle of city life was too much for him and he left, looking for work in someplace big, but not big enough to stress him to the point of fatigue mid day, which is when he remembered ponyville, a perfect setting for him, and knowing roughly what it was like having visited there enough, he chose here would be where he looked for work.
Much to his surprise he found it instantly, after demonstrating his little trick to the ponies in charge of the local cafe, they claimed to have never seen such an interesting way of presenting their product, not to mention the drink itself was of the highest standard, being prepared by Cafe Mocha this came to be expected.
In the future, he would like to go to the royal city, Canterlot and set up shop there, but first he wants to fall for somepony he meets, which might be difficult to him based on his preference. He and this partner would open shop in Canterlot and serve coffee at the gala perhaps, serving the highest class ponies with the highest class drinks
As a pony overall he is a well rounded individual, he is charming, kind, patient, sometimes serious pony with a very feminine edge to his personality, so much so it was easily identified
