Crystal try's out for the School [Dead]

    Crystal Blossom walked through the beautiful halls of the Canterlot Castle! She looked to her left and saw majestic banners to represent the beautiful princess Celestia. To her right she saw magical banners for the magnificent princess Luna. Altogether the castle was gorgeous.

    Every hall she turned on Crystal could see Celestia's day guards everywhere she went, she made sure to smile at every guard she saw just to be polite.

    She used her magic to open two giant white doors and entered another large hallway with red carpet on the floor. Crystal heard the two doors behind her close lightly as she walked down the hallway. She finally reached the end of the hallway and stopped, these were the doors that led to her exam room.

    "Okay Crystal you can do this! Just be polite, smile, and show them that your good enough to be in this school!"

    She sighed, if she didn't make it into this school her parents would never forgive her and she would never forgive herself either. Hopefully Celestia would be there I'll feel much better if someone besides the judges were there to watch me.

    "Okay I'm ready!"

     She slowly opened the doors and walked to the center of the room carefully looking at the judges. They didn't all look mean, most of them looked quite nice but she knew that all judges judged you, that's what they were payed for.

    Once she was in the center of the room she smiled brightly and looked around, she didn't see the princess but smiled anyways. She cleared her through then started to talk.

     "Hello my name is Crystal Blossom, I'm here to try out for Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. What would you like me to do?"

    The filly smiled even brighter and reminded herself to be polite that was on of the best ways to make a judge like you better, at least that was what her mother had said.

    Crystal now is not the time to think about your mother your waiting for the judges to tell you what to do. She continued to look at them with her bright lilac eyes.

Crimson takes a deep breath. Okay, I can do this. I just have to try out. No worries. If anything, I can always go back to the Ponyville school. Ms. Cherilee is a great teacher. Crimson walks into the school, greatly intimidated by the guards at the giant doors into the caste. Come on, Crim! They aren't going to bite, just here to protect royalty. She walks into the well lit hallway, the colourful windows depicting historical events. The image of Discord seems to glower at her, while The Bearers of the Elements of Harmony seems to glow with calm. Okay, I can do this. Plenty of other unicorns have made it into this school, so that at least means it's possible. I have a pretty good chance. I have been practicing for the last few weeks.

She walks into a big lounge, plenty of unicorn foals sitting around with their parents, looking quite nervous. Other sit up straight, confident that they'll pass. She sees a white unicorn filly walk into the exam room, and props herself up onto the window, looking to see what she does. It's not cheating if there is no one right answer to their problem, is it? Just seeing how this unicorn solves the problem. Just an example to base the probability of her getting in on.

Wow, how can she be so confident? She's trying out for the Celestia's School of Gifted Unicorns, for goodness sake! The filly smiles at the judges, and Crimson carefully analyzes how the judges react. Okay, so I just have to smile when it's my turn. If they like it when she does it, they'll probably like it if I smile. Everypony loves a bit positivity. Okay, calm down. Just stay positive and do your best. Don't wear out your magic, and make sure to put in a bit of your own unique magic. You know all your spells, well, at least all the basic ones and most of the ones that they'll ask you for, but you can do this. Just cheer this filly on for now, and take your mind off your turn. "You can do this!" Crimson whisper shouts through the glass.

    Crystal Blossom looked out the window and saw the other filly through the window. She smiled brightly at her and gently waved her hoof at her. Crystal quickly looked back at the judges waiting for their response.

    She looked out the other window and started to daydream. Crystal Blossom shook her head a quickly stopped. She had a bad habit of daydreaming. Her parents constantly told her not to do it but she couldn't stop.

    "May I get a drink of water?" She asked politely still smiling.

    Seeing the judges nod she walked out of the room. Hmm they probably aren't prepared to see me and are still decided what I'm going to do. She thought to herself, she remembered her father telling her that the judges were never ready when he was waiting for an assignment.

    Crystal sighed as she thought of her mother and father back in The Crystal Empire. Her mother was a famous model who always seemed to be working 24/7. While her father was an athlete who was very good at archery and he too was always working.

    Crystal hardly saw her parents and didn't have many friends here or in The Crystal Empire. Back in The Crystal Empire many foals bullied her for not having a cutie mark or a crystal pelt like most crystal ponies and foals. She moved her to Canterlot hoping to get into Celestia's Schools for Gifted Unicorns and make more friends. However didn't have much luck because she constantly studied to get ready for this test.

    After walking out of the room Crystal soon found herself face to face with Crimson. She smiled hoping she could finally make a friend. With confidence she finally decided to speak.

    "Hello my name is Crystal Blossom, I saw you look through the window and I hope you saw my wave. So whats your name?" She said still smiling, she had a habit of doing that too.

Crimson waves back to the filly in the room. She sees Crystal's mouth move and then the judges nod to her. Crimson's eyes go wide when Crystal Blossom leaves the room. What? What happened? She didn't even start her test yet! Crimson smiles to her as she walks over.

"Oh, hi Crystal. Ya, I did see you wave. That's a nice name, mine is Crimson Reeds. By the way, why did you leave the room? Did you forget something?" She asks Crystal.

Nice! Okay, so if she can be so confident, you can do just as well. "Hey, so what did you get your name from? Does your family lives in the Crystal Empire or Something?" Crimson asks, intrigued. No that can't be right. If she's from the Crystal Empire, her coat would be all crystal-y and stuff. Maybe the coat turns off its crystal-y-ness when the pony isn't in the Crystal Empire?

"Right, so you probably have to go back now, or do whatever else you need to do. I don't doubt you'll get in the school, you look really talented, and very confident. If only I had those qualifications... Well, it doesn't matter! I'll get in anyways! The power of free will shall aid me to pass the test! I do hope I will be able to see you again, if I get in, which I obviously will! Anyways, I wish you luck." Crimson smiles to Crystal, the filly eho coincidentally has the same first to letters of their names. Let's see what happens next.

    Crystal Blossom nods at Crimson. She is really nice and both are names start with the same two letters, maybe we will be friends. Crimson Reeds was such a pretty name and she was very nice too.

    Crystal looked at Crimson's beautiful crimson red pelt and mane with neon green and purple stripes. Her crimson pelt probably gave Crimson her name. Her gorgeous blue eyes made Crimson look kind and friendly.

    "Crimson Reeds, that's a very nice name I've never met anyone named Crimson or Reeds! Anyways I left the room to get water, funny because I don't know where the water is but maybe it's in the kitchen." Crystal stuttering a little, she never met someone this kind to her or kind at all.

    Crimson looks so confident, I'm just faking it all she's definitely going to be in Celestia's School  for Gifted Unicorns. Crystal tried to look more like Crimson and more natural instead of a filly who faked it all.

    "Actually yes! I was born in The Crystal Empire while King Sombra was still over rule!" Crystal eyes froze in terror as she thought of the evil king who enslaved all the crystal ponies.

    Crystal thought of her history at least a thousand years ago. Crystal was born when Sombra was still over rule. When Twilight and her friends defeated Sombra the ponies from The Crystal Empire got their crystal pelts back. However Crystal was still frightened over Sombra because she was so young and did not get her crystal pelt because she still had Sombra in her memory. My classmates in The Empire laughed at me, it's a good thing that I left.

    Crystal teared up a little when she thought of her mother and father in The Crystal Empire then she quickly stopped and wiped her tears. Your parents were never home or there for you anyways you shouldn't miss them. Crystal looked at the ponies expression and answered her question.

    "Judging by your look I think your wondering why I don't have a crystal pelt. It's a long story but crystal ponies can come in and out of The Crystal Empire and still have their crystal pelts." She looked up at the window and it looked saw the judges waiting for her return to the room.

    Maybe I should go back, but then I won't see her again! Crystal looked at Crimson and thought of what would happen if they both made it into the school. Maybe we could hang out together more!

    "Hey Crimson after the tryout if we both make it do you wan't to go to a Cafe and get something to eat and drink?" She asked knowing that they would both definitely both make it into the school.

(OOC: That's okay! I understand, it took me at least an hour to make all of this :3)

"Ahh, that explains it. My aunt told me many stories of... Sombra." Crimson visibly shivers at the idea, slightly traumatized about the stories. Auntie was very good at story telling. Very. "You okay, Crystal?" Crimson asks, worried about the tears Crystal just wiped away.

"Ya, that would be awesome! We could be like best friends and stuff! Tasty food is the best way to celebrate, if you know what I mean! No doubt we'll make it, you look very talented." Crimson giggles. " I mean, you're so confident. You have a trick up your sleeve?" She raises her eyebrow in a mock-suspicious way.

"Well, I'm not sure where you get water here either, but I brought some with me. Do you want it? I brought a few in case the test is to live through a desert or something!" She laughs and floats a bottle over to Crystal. "Aye, well, I bet I couldn't survive through a desert, even if I had all the water in Equestria! Even if I had that, it wouldn't be much of a desert, would it?" She says jokingly, taking a sip from another bottle.

"Well, I guess you should probably go take your test now, no doubt that you'll pass easily. I'll be here cheering you on, jsut in case you need it. And maybe to peak at what they decide to maek you do. It will make it easier on me if I at least marginally know what to expect, eh?" Crimson says. She climbs over to the window, smiling at Crystal.

"I believe in you!" Crimson thinks, trying to project the thought over to Crystal. Hey, it never hurts to try, am I right?

    Crystal looked at Crimson smiling. "Yes I'm fine, I was just thinking about The Crystal Empire. But nothing to worry about!" She assured her new friend. Note to self never cry about your parents again, Crystal.

    Crystal Blossom listened to her friend talk about how good it was to celebrate after something great happened. Crimson is definitely right about that I could go for a cupcake after we ace this entrance exam! Crystal looked at the time and was about to go in until she heard her talking about Crystal getting into the school.

    Crystal giggled a little before she told Crimson her secret. "It's actually quit easy." She leaned in closer to Crimson before telling her more "Okay it's not a big secret but judges like foals who smile and look confident. If you do that that's already a 50% chance that you'll get in, all you have to do after that is try your best I don't think the exam is too hard." Crystal saw Crim take out a bottle of water.

    After hearing Crimson's funny impression of how her exam would be if she had to survive through a dessert she laughed very loudly, then quickly covered her mouth with her hooves and stopped. "I'm sorry that's so funny! I don't think that the exam will be that hard but it's great that you were prepared, I herd that princess Twilight had to hatch a dragon egg I hope my test is not that hard! Thank you for the water and I'll see after we both finish this exam." She waved goodbye to Crimson and walked back into the room of the entrance exam.

    Crystal entered the room and smiled at the judges once more as they began to tell her her quiz. She herd what Crimson was trying to tell her using her magic and she responded. "I got your message! I'll tell you how hared the exam is and what their giving me but their just telling me how happy they are that I wan't to join." She looked through the window and saw Crimson and smiled.

Crimson feels the colour drain from her face. Sh-she heard me? "YOU HEARD ME?" Crimson whisper-shouted-thought to Crystal. "I can't believe it! We have just mastered telepathy! I can't believe it! Now all you have to do is mind control the judges and make them accept you! Haha, I'm just kidding. But seriously, this is super awesome!" Crimson thinks to Crystal. She beams with glee. "I wonder if we can only do it to each other?" She thinks to her again.

Crimson practically breaks her face with the ginormous smile she holds, so giddy. She even starts jumping in place, so excited. She had never heard of anypony capable of telepathy! Or maybe nopony ever tells anypony else because they want to keep it a secret... Whatever, it's probably because Crystal and I are destined to be together and to great things and awesomeness like that! Crimson levitates her bottle over to the window and takes a sip. "You can do this Crystal! Just focus and stuff, and maybe through in a little magic pizzazz! Maybe a magic twinkle from your smile or something. You said that smiling would win them over, so smile magic must make it even better. Okay, this is making me nervous." She thinks to Crystal again, taking another sip from the bottle.

Okay Crimson, it will be your turn soon, so stay sharp. Crimson watches Crystal take her taste through the tiny window, that she only now realizes wasn't there before. Wait, if this is supposed to be a private entrance test, why is this efficiently-placed window here and why has nopony else noticed it? Please tell me this doesn't count as cheating. "Hey, Crystal, you all right?" She projects the thought to her friend. "Wait, we are friends, right?" She thinks to her rapidly, lifting her bottle, only to discover it was already empty.

    Crystal looked at Crimson's happy expression through the window. She listened to her talk about how happy she was that they could talk telepathically. "I can't believe we can actually speak to each other like this! I've never met anyone who could speak to me like this!" She kept listening to Crimson. I wonder if we can do this to other ponies too, I've never met anyone who I could talk telepathically with other ponies.

    "Hmm controlling the judges minds isn't such a bad idea, just kidding! But I'll try the magic twinkling smile idea." A light violet glow started to shine from Crystal's horn and she smiled a little brighter then it stopped. It  worked my teeth are sparkly! "Crimson you have to try this spell!"

    Crystal her her friend ask is she was okay and quickly answered. "Yes I'm fine thank you. Are you alright? You look nervous, don't worry I'm nervous too!" She looked at the judges and could tell that they were ready to give her the exam, she smiled and looked more confident. Crystal was ready.

    A grey mare with bubblegum blue hair came up to her and started to speak. "Alright now that we have decided what your exam will be you can finally test your skills and we shall see if you are good enough to be in Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns!" The mare smiled and looked at the other judges in the room, her horn started to glow a bright blue the same color as her mane and a dragon egg was brought into the room.

    No! I can't take this test this is the one I was dreading to take! She looked out the window and looked Crimson. "I can't do this princess Twilight took this test. You have to make the dragon hatch, how am I supposed to do that!" Crystal gulped but still tried t look confident as the judge gave her instructions on what to do.

    The judges stopped talking and Crystal walked up to the white egg with purple spots. Crystal you've been training for this exam for weeks, don't let a little egg scare you! Crystal looked at the egg determined to pass. Her horn started to glow a light violet again and the egg started to move. Slowly the egg started to crack.....

    "Congratulations you passed the test! You are now one of princess Celestia's personal pupils." Crystal Blossom's heart beamed and she smiled brighter than any star in the sky. "Thank you so much!" I passed! I passed! Crystal ran out of the room to Crimson.

    Crystal ran up to Crimson and smiled. "I passed! Now it's your turn to pass too! I can't believe I passed they gave me the hardest test, the one I didn't study and I still passed. My parents are going to be so proud of me!" She started to skip around and laugh. "Your going to pass too I know it, I'll be cheering you on the whole time!" She looked at Crimson then at the door and opened one with her magic "Good luck!" Crystal patiently waited outside and looked out the window.

Crimson jumps over to Crystal in glee as she walks out of the room."Oh yes! That's awesome Crystal! I knew you could do it! I'll make sure to do that smile trick as well. I'm so nervous!" She admits to Crystal. Crimson slowly breathes in and out, breathing slowly. "I'll see you when I'm done!" She tells Crystal. Taking a deep breath, she walks into the room.

"Hello, I presume you are Crimson Reeds?" One of the judges asks her as she looks over some papers.

"O-oh, yes. That's me!" Crimson says and smiles, making her smile twinkle with the spell Crystal sugested.

"Well, let's get started. I understand you know fully well that you are trying out for the Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. The test will not be simple." Another teacher tells her with a scrutinizing gaze.

"Yes, I understand. What would you like me to do?" Crimson ask nervously.Be confident! Make them like you."Crystal, I'm really nervous. Was it hard for you?" She thinks to Crystal.

A stallion wheels a wheelbarrow filled with dirt into the room, leaving through the back door.

"Well, in that there wheelbarrow lies a seed. Please wait a moment." The mare judge says and looks to the teacher. The teacher nods and walks over to the wheel barrow, their horn now glowing. A stem pokes out of the dirt, then leaves, then the stem turns to a tiny trunk, and it starts growing faster, and faster and faster and faster! Soon enough, a young apple tree stood in the room. 

"What you see here is an apple tree. Now, in a few moments, there will be apples on every branch. Tell me of all the types of apples you know of." The mare motions to the teacher again, who mutters a spell under her breath and makes shiny red apples appear on the tree.

"Well, there's Granny Smith, Big Macintosh, Golden Deliscious, Gala, Braeburn, Honeycrisp, jonagold-" Crimson lists.

"Uh, thank you, that will be enough. Though there is another type, a very special one. Do you know of which I'm talking about?" The judge asks Crimson.

"Umm, no, I don't think I'm catching on, I'm sorry." Crimson responds, beffudled.

"Are you familiar with Zap Apples?" She says non-chalantly.

"Zap Apples?" Crimson says, wide eyed.

"Ah, so you do know of them. Well, your task is to turn one of these juicy red apples into a Zap Apple. Anyone you choose." She orders.

Crimson stares at the apple tree. Well, all right. I'll take that one. Crimson focuses on one of the smaller ones near the bottom. Her horn lights up as she concentrates on the apple, summoning all the colours of the rainbow, all into one place. With a burst of lightning speed, she crashed the rainbow tail of colours right into the apple's core. She focuses on it, making it jump around, spreading outward. Sweat beading down her forehead, she opens her eyes. She looks at her target, now a  beautiful apple with rainbow stripes and a shiny peel.

"I DID IT!" Crimson shouts as she hops around the room.

"Yes, Crimson, you have passed. You may now go join your friend outside." The judge says in monotonous fashion.

Crimson runs out of the room and glomps Crystal. "Yay! We did it! Do you like Cheesecake? Let's go eat cheesecake!" Crimson squees.

    Crystal smiles and jumps up and down then stops. She looks at her friend, her best friend. "Thank you Crimson, I would have never passed without you!" She looked at the doors then back at Crimson. "I'll see you after you pass!" She walks up to the window to see Crimson testing.

    Crystal watched her friend enter the room and the judge talk to her. Good she's being polite, the judges will like that! Crystal hears what Crimson was thinking to her and speaks back to her. "Yes I was nervous, but you have to show now fear! Just be yourself and the'll love you!" Crystal Blossom saw a stallion bring a wheelbarrow into a room then leave.

    I wonder what the wheelbarrow is for? Crystal looks around the room and see's Crimson try out the twinkling smile spell. Great she did the spell now the judges will have to accept her! The little filly looked around some more then see's one of the judges turn the barrel of dirt into a magnificent apple tree. Oh no! Their going to make her take the zap apple test!

    When Crystal lived in the Crystal Empire she tried out every spell that the judges used for the exam. The zap apple test was one of the hardest exams they did. Crystal had tried that spell many times and only managed to do it three times. Crimson you can do this I believe in you!

    Crystal watched Crimson choose one of the smaller apples near the bottom of the tree. She's so smart, the smaller apples will be easier! "Crimson your so cleaver!" She telepathically told her friend. Soon Crimson's shiny red apple was a shine rainbow colored apple! "She did it!" Crystal yells loud enough for the whole castle to hear. But Crystal didn't care she ran to the doors to see her friend.

    Crystal ran up to her friend. "You passed! I can't believe you passed, well actually I can believe that you passed I'm just so happy for you." Crystal listened to her friend talk about cheesecake. "Sorry I don't like cheesecake, but I love cupcakes! How about you get a cheesecake and I can get a cupcake. I know a cafe that can give us both!" She looked at her friend and smiled brighter than ever before. "I am so happy we both passed! This is the best day of my life, but my best friend is better than the test I passed." She hugged Crimson then looked outside. "It's almost noon, we'll have plenty of time to buy a cheesecake and a cupcake, then we can do what we wan't. Do you wan't to do that Crimson?" She asked kindly, she didn't really care what they did as long as they did it together.

Crimson jumps with excitement. "Of course! We'll have so much fun, I remember seeing a park around, that's a good place we can go to after the cafe! I'm glad I met you here. Maybe I'll also take an oatshake! Okay, let's get to it!" Crimson babbles. Onwards through fancy streets and by fancy ponies, finally reaching the cafe. Crimson opens the door for the two of them and points to a nice table near the window. She walks over and sits down. "Ooh, maybe I'll take a cupcake! They have my favourite flavour, caramel chocolate glazed! I didn't realize that was even an official flavour... This is the best day of my life! Not only did I meet my best friend, my favourite flavour is an offical cupcake flavour! Oh, and I passed the test. That too." Crimson exclaimed to Crystal.

"Right, so I'm going to take their normal cheesecake with a caramel chocolate glazed cupcake, and a vanilla strawberry oatshake. Might be a bit of sugar, but no worries! We'll be able to use it all up later. What are you getting?" She asks her as a waitress comes over.

"Hello my dear fillies, what would you like to order from our cafe menu?" She asks us, a pen and notebook in hoof.

"Well, I'd like your regular cheesecake with a caramel chocolate glazed cupcake, along with a vanilla strawberry oatshake, if you please." Crimson asks, mustering her fanciest voice. The waitress nods to Crimson then turns to Crystal. After everything was said, she left for the kitchen.

"This is so exciting!" Crimson tells Crystal.

    Crystal giggles and skips around. "A park! I love parks, they have beautiful ponds and pretty flowers, one time in The Crystal Empire I wen't to the park with my parents and there were cute little ducklings! They were adorable!" Crystal giggled some more as they walked to through the fancy streets of Canterlot. Crystal Blossom made sure to remember all the shops and restaurants that she saw on her way to the cafe. "Ohh an oatshake sounds delicious! Maybe I'll get a glass of lemonade, I hear they put little raspberries in it and a lemon slice on the side! That's sounds yummy!" Crystal nodded to everything Crimson said about the caramel chocolate glazed cupcakes. "I think you should definitely order that cupcake, it sounds delicious!" Crystal smiled as they entered the cafe and sat down at a table next to the window with Crimson.

    Crystal looked at all of the selections of cupcakes in the display case. She saw caramel chocolate glazed cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting with some ruby red sprinkles on top, sapphire cupcakes with extra blue frosting, and so many other delicious cupcakes! I wonder witch one I should get they all look delicious, I better decide fast it looks like a waiter is coming!

    Crystal waits while Crimson orders her sweet treats and drink. When the waiter finished taking Crimson's order and left Crystal turned to Crimson and replied to what she said. "This is really exciting isn't it! This is my first time at a fancy cafe like this in Canterlot! I'll just wait for the next waiter to come, I hear they come quicker than a Wonderbolt!" She exclaimed happily.

        A white mare with a neatly tied back mane walked up to their table. "Hello I noticed that you haven't ordered yet little filly, now what would you like today?" She asked kindly. Crystal nodded politely"Thank you for noticing, may I please have a small glass of lemonade and a red velvet cupcake?" The white mare nodded snobbishly. "Yes of course darling! I'll be here once your cupcake and drink are ready!" The mare walked into the kitchen and waited for Crystal's food to be ready. "Wasn't she snobby! I didn't know ponies from Canterlot acted like this! Did you?" Crystal asked Crimson.

“Oh, drat! I should also get some lemonade! Hello, can I also have a glass of lemonade please?” Crimson calls to the mare as she walks away. She looks back and smiles at her, then stops to jot down the order.

"Well, my aunt has told me a lot of stories, but even I didn't expect them to be this snobby! I mean, I’ve never actually been to Canterlot before this , so I wouldn’t know. Have you ever been to Canterlot before now?” Crimson asks Crystal. “While we’re still speaking on the subject of places, where do you come from? Or, more specifically, where do you live? I’m currently living with my auntie over in Ponyville.” Crimson informs her friend, looking to the counter to see if the white mare had come back yet.

“So, what do you like to do for fun? Do you practice spells, or maybe go to the park? I personally prefer going to the library, what about you?” Crimson asks her, and she turns her head to see the white mare carrying their dishes.

“Here you are. Please enjoy your meal, and I will come back in a bit to collect your payment.” The mare tells us in a monotonous fashion, quickly looking into her compact mirror to brush some of her mane out of her face. She then proceeds to the next table.

“Wowie, this looks delish! What do you think the lemonade tastes like? I find that different ponies make their lemonade in different ways, and I’ve always noticed how drastically the flavour can change.” Crimson says as she glares at her glass of lemonade. She suspiciously levitates her glass of lemonade closer, leaning over to take a sip. “Hmm, not that bad, but I personally prefer it more sour.” She notes.

“I’ll save the oatshake for later, I always did prefer lemonade to freshen up my day. I guess I’ll try the cheesecake next. Say, how do you like the lemonade?” Crimson asks as she takes a small bite out of her cheesecake.

    Crystal giggled a little and nodded in agreement. "Your definitely right! I've read some books about the cafe's but not one of them said that the waiters and waitresses would be snobby!" She whispered to Crimson hoping that a waiter or waitress wouldn't hear her.

    Crystal listened to her friend ask her many questions about where she came from and if she had every been to Canterlot. Once Crimson was done asking the questions Crystal Blossom began to speak. "Actually I've never been to Canterlot before I only have heard stories and read books about Canterlot but this is my first time here." She said happily, Crystal was happy to finally enter the beautiful city and to meet her best friend Crimson Reeds.

    Crystal was excited when she heard that Crimson lived in Ponyville with her aunt. "Really you live in Ponyville! I love Ponyville it's so beautiful in the spring." She said remembering her few springs in Ponyville. Every spring Crystal's family would go to Ponyville to see the beautiful flowers bloom and to get some fresh country air. I miss Ponyville all the ponies in Ponyville were much nicer than the ponies in The Crystal Empire.

    "Anyways I lived in The Crystal Empire for my whole life until now. Because I entered Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns I now live in Canterlot." It was hard work moving here though took about a whole month. Crystal thought of the entire month it took Crystal and her family to get her to Canterlot. Her father spent most of the month looking for staff to clean, cook, and tutor Crystal while she was living in Canterlot because Crystal's parents would not live in Canterlot with Crystal. So while Crystal's father looked for staff her mother found a suitable house and plenty of cloths for her to wear.

    "Well lets see I have many hobbies but if I had to choose some I would probably say modeling, singing, and acting. It's so much fun to do all of them and I try to do it as often as possible. I also like reading fairy tales and my favorite is Cinderella, it's a great book but I'm sure you have read it." Crystal wanted to go on saying all of her favorite things including cupcakes, studying any type of spell, and running in the park.

    Crystal looked at the waiter who was about to give them their food. Crystal quietly giggled when she looked into her compact mirror, but she quickly stopped and hoped that the waitress did not hear her. "Yes I agree this lemonade is a bit sweet but I still really like it." Crystal looked at her beautiful red velvet cupcake and took a small bite into it then a bigger one and soon she finished the cupcake. "Wow I have to come here again another time they make delicious cupcakes! How is your cheesecake?" Crystal asked politely.

    Crystal looked outside the window before Crimson could respond to her question and saw a white mare with bubblegum blue hair. "Crimson it's that mare from the exam room! What is she doing here?" Crystal wondered curiously. Is it good or bad that she is coming here what if she doesn't want us to be in Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns anymore! Crystal wondered what the mare was going to tell them but she would find out soon because the mare was coming into the cafe towards them.
