((AHH I love it xP))
Skai listened intently, then nodded and smiled. She'd heard of Professor Goldstar before, though most was dread of the highly exhausting classes. She smiled as he mentioned the botanically-studied stallion, and she nodded calmly.
He sounds quite nice. I suppose I might be able to come tonight, though my mother might be getting worried soon. I suppose a letter wouldn't take to long to send, as I've never been much for fast flying.
She giggled a bit and brushed some hair out of her eyes. Biting her lip, she thought about telling the unicorn about her therapy, though maybe he didn't want to know. Maybe he'd be weirded out by how much she'd changed since foalhood, or perhaps it was just too soon. She slightly shook her head, deciding against it for the time being. Glancing to the pond in the park, then back to Afterglow she smiled again.
So you live in Canterlot, I presume? I myself live in a low cottage in Cloudsdale. Oh, wait, did I mention that before? Oh well. Heheh...well, I, uh, I'm not sure what else I can say. But you say you took lessons at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns? Interesting!
She nodded and grinned, truly intrigued by what stories might come from the highly famed school. Though this pony was shy, she yearned to know a bit about the magic her own father used, especially the gossamer wings her mother flew with each day. That particular thought sticking in her brain, she spent on and inquired about such.
Say, did Professor Goldstar ever try to teach you about those beautiful gossamer and dewdrop wings that a unicorn can make with enough practice? My mother, herself, wears a pair upon her back; thanks to my unicorn father.
Her smile broadened as she thought of her dear and caring parents, whose support had inched her out of her shell over timeānot to mention the therapist. Both really helped, though.
