Dread stood uneasily as he felt this red stallion bandage him up, Dread wasn't used to being touched. However he felt that Luminis maybe hovered a bit too long, like he was inspecting his body. Dread wondered why the pony would feel the need to do that, but as Luminis backed away from him, he understood. Dread had never met a blind pony before, it made it all the more surprising that this pony was the one to help him. Dread breathed in and out slowly to test how it felt. Yep, still hurt.
At least now Dread would no longer cause any further damage to himself, the pain was beginning to dull slightly at least. He looked around, had all these ponies come to help him? No that seemed silly, they didn't even know him. Dread theorized that while it is common courtesy to help somepony in need, that these ponies just happened to be around when he had fallen. Dread felt rather agitated at himself, he had bothered all these ponies with something as trivial as a little stumble. Still he felt a bit better now, so he could finally get on with finding something to do.
Dread was about to get his leaflet out again when he realized that the stallion from before was talking to him, looking up Dread looked Luminis in the eye, not that it made much difference.
"Not only is it my job, but I enjoy helping others. Besides, how else would somepony gain friends right?"
This slightly confused Dread, it was his job to help others? it was his job to make friends? Did this mean he and Dread were friends now. In fact Dread was completely sure on what the concept of a friend was, it wasn't like he had any. Dread would have kept on thinking but he really wanted to get on to finding something to do or somewhere to go. So he began going for his leaflet.

How did this happen?
What series of events had transpired that had left Dread sat with a group of ponies he didn't know in a restaurant?
Dread sighed, looked like this would be the rest of his day now. Still could be worse, it could always be worse. He sat at the table, looking around, trying to latch on to any social happening that he might understand. Sadly there was nothing, Dread was lost in a place like this. While everypony else talked and laughed with eachother, Dread was resigned to being sat quietly. He wouldn't even know what to say to his current company. Dread looked down at the menu that had been put in front of him, was there some sort of social rule when it came to ordering food? He assumed he would be paying for himself, why would anypony else pay for him? Dread was knocked out of his inspection of what was on offer by something flying past him, he looked up in surprise, although he was so quiet and calm that it merely looked like he was looking up.
He turned to see the youngish mare...what was her name now? Had they even been introduced? In fact he now realized that he didn't know the names of anypony that he was with, it made him wonder why they even wanted him there. Dread sighed and looked at this young mare, she looked rather confused. Tracing her eye line, Dread looked over to where Spear was looking. She seemed to be communicating with another mare on a different table, the other mare in question seemed to be with a dark red pony. Dread didn't entirely know what to make of the situation, although he did catch the eye of Cinnamon which caused him to smile slightly.
Now back to the real dilemma at hoof....what to order. Dread sighed, he may as well eat something while not talking to anypony.
